How much do I love these ladies, you may ask? So much that I spent HOURS sitting in the cold just to watch them run a 50 km ultra! 🫶🏼

So glad I wasn’t the one running this race with them 🤪

I’m forever grateful for the friendships that @amazingracecda brought into my life. It’s always good medicine when we get to hang out as a crew again. So many laughs, so much love, and the best energy. 🥹💕

Thank you for such an amazing long weekend, ladies. My heart is so full! 💗 by @_juliaviola

Loving you 🧡🌊 by @_juliaviola

Had such a blast running in the Dion Snowshoe Race Series and enjoying a beauty day in the snow ❄️ ☀️

Did I beat @itsocbaby ????? 🏆 🤔 by @_juliaviola

@torontotriathlonfestival weekend was a blast! Had so much fun watching the professional @supertri_ races and taking on this course in Toronto for the first time! Being congratulated and medaled by the Men’s Olympic Triathlon champion @lixsanyee at the finish line was an honour and such an awesome surprise 🤩🏅 by @_juliaviola

First race of the season @summiting700 ✅ + my first ever TRAIL half, 4+ hours of elevation, technical terrain and extreme heat 🥵. July races are always so HOT ☀️ Went into it not knowing what to expect and definately underestimated how difficult this was 😅 Now I KNOW! Definately one of the hardest races I’ve ever done but it was a lot of fun and a tough new challenge to be in the forest / on trails as opposed to the road. 🌲

Super proud of you @itsocbaby who wasn’t even phased at the finish line while I was barely hanging on 😂 Shout out to our COACH DAD who’s an absolute beast and finished through injury. @leeatlas2020

Should we do the 50K ultra next year? 👀😨

#trail #trailrunning by @_juliaviola

@summiting700 what a challenge!! 😅 One of the hardest races we’ve ever done. Trail half marathon with a lot of elevation, up and down, ⬆️⬇️ up and down, ⬆️⬇️ up and down ⬆️⬇️ up and down at @bluemtnresort 🏃‍♂️ 🏔️ 50k ultra next year? 👀 by @_juliaviola

so very proud today and every day to be your wife. what a love we have. by @_juliaviola
