A little glimpse into the R4C event 🖤✨

Honestly, I don’t think pictures could ever fully capture how wholesome the day felt.

The energy, the people, the conversations, the laughs, the running, the little moments in between… it was just one of those days where you had to be there.

I have so much footage, so many photos and so many moments sitting on my phone that I’m still trying to take it all in 😂

These are just a few little moments that I managed to capture, but there was so much more.

Still feeling very grateful🥹🖤

R4C Recap 🤩✨

I don’t think I’ve actually stopped to take in all of what this day was until I watched this video back.

The conversations, the vulnerability, strangers coming together and feeling comfortable enough to share their experiences, the music, the sponsors, the energy on the road, the smiles, people recording us from the streets and even bikes riding alongside us.

It was everything I wanted Run 4 Change to be. A space to run, connect, talk and create change.

And honestly, seeing it all back reminded me why I started this in the first place. It’s bigger than just running. It’s about creating spaces where people can come together, have real conversations and feel part of something.

A massive thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, spoke, ran, partnered with us and helped make the day what it was. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better day.

And this is only the beginning. It’s only going to get better from here.

Run for Change appreciation 🖤

Two Run 4 Change events, money raised for causes that mean a lot to me, conversations started, new people met and a community that I’m slowly but surely seeing come together.

When I started Run 4 Change, I obviously had a vision for what I wanted it to become, but seeing people actually show up, support it and believe in it has been something I’ll never take for granted.

And now somehow… I’ve just finished my first 21K and I’m about to take on 70K?! 😭

If you told me a year ago that I’d be saying that, I genuinely would’ve laughed in your face. But here we are.

Before I get too caught up in everything that’s coming, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate what’s already been done.

So thank you to everyone who has run with us, supported us, donated, shared, volunteered, partnered with us, encouraged me or simply believed in what Run 4 Change is trying to create.

Run 4 Change is so much bigger than me, and I’m so grateful that I get to build this with all of you. Please don’t forget to follow @run4changecic 🙏🏾✨

August 🤍

A month of work, pushing forward and carrying momentum, even when mentally I felt like I had very little left to give.

Definitely one of my hardest months, but I kept showing up, kept moving and kept going. And honestly, I’m proud of myself for that.

August tested me, but I’ll be alright. Onto September.
