the rats don’t run this city, we do ‼️‼️

on a real note— transferring was the biggest bet i’ve ever made on myself and it has fully paid off. myself a year ago would not believe the times i’m running at practice and on the course or the mental headspace i’m currently in. thank you to those of you who’ve been there for all my ups and downs not just this season but always. just know i’m always rooting for you too; no matter if you’re a city, state, country, or continent away.

i am so so proud of myself and this team in what we’ve accomplished this season 🫶

OFFICIALLY A RAM!! 🐏💛💙

surprise! i’m so so excited to say that this fall i will be continuing my academic and athletic journey at suffolk university in boston! i will be switching to a major in biology w/ a concentration in marine science and a history minor in order to set myself up to pursue environmental law!

if you know me well, you know that these past couple of years have been rough for me and have forced me to make difficult decisions for myself and mental health both in and out of running. this was no different. coastal has taught me a lot over the last two years, but at the end of the day it was not a healthy athletic environment for me. i am proud of myself for recognizing that it wasn’t what i wanted, and that i needed a change. thank you to my lovely friends, teammates, coaches, and professors at coastal who have helped me along the way.

most importantly, i want to say a HUGE thank you to Coach Feldman for this opportunity and to those i met at suffolk for being so welcoming and kind. i knew the moment i landed in boston, God was telling me it was where i was meant to be. i can’t wait to be a part of the family!
