Well… I ✨️finally✨️ did this thing...

I officially launched my business—Elevate Stretch Therapy!

Huge thank you to all of my clients who has supported me so far. Seriously, it means more than I can put into words❤️

I've known too many people who deal with pain discomfort from constant overuse, injuries, or just from existing (because let's be real- life is stressful and we're all feeling it😅)

And if you know someone who’s joints sound like bubble wrap when they stand up or is always saying or "everything hurts"… send them my way🤗

Official stage shots from the Palmetto are in, and I couldn't be more proud of the package I brought!
But now we go back to work to lean out these legs (and fix this terrible haircut).
