Squatober has Dad running on fumes, so we kept this one simple.

Pretty cool watching two completely different little dudes grow into themselves. One needs a little more confidence, the other needs to learn he isn’t a human wrecking ball.

A lot more development going on out there than just catching a football.

Tuesday Field Day. Posted on Saturday. Hell of a week.

Three trips, a lot going on, and a whole lot to be grateful for.

Momentum works both ways. Sometimes one bad decision turns into five. But sometimes all it takes is one good day, one good decision, or just keeping one promise you made to yourself to start moving the other way.

You don’t have to fix everything at once. Just change the direction.

New format. We’ll see how this goes.

Don’t mind me and my dinosaur timer.

Figured I’d give a little bit of the why behind Field Day Tuesday and some of the stuff I’ve been doing with the boys.

Transition days are weird. Shit doesn’t always feel natural, so having something consistent helps me more than I probably realized.

Nothing groundbreaking. Just trying to give the week a little structure and make the time count. #CHYUP by @_kevinlopez_

Field Day Tuesday.

Sometimes it feels like another thing I decided to make myself do, but I think that’s kind of the point.

It’d be easy to be more selfish with my time. I’d rather try to do something with these two that hopefully just becomes our thing.

For now, we run around a field and call it training.

One day they’ll be older and this will all look a lot different. I just hope when they look back, they remember that their dad was there for all of it. #CHYUP #dad by @_kevinlopez_
