Movement practice is my refuge because it forces my mind to be connected to the physical with every moment. When you're fully embodied, you're present and when you're present, you can’t be anywhere else. 😚

I've been enjoying leading flows so much recently and have come to realise that teaching yoga in and of itself is meditation for me - an unanticipated gift - because it does exactly the above; it requires me to be fully present and embodied.

Thanks to anyone who has moved with me so far, plenty more to come 🫀 by @_kim_irwin

FESTIVAL REEL 🪄
.
I had this song stuck in my head the whole summer and I could not figure out what the next lyrics were. I looked them up at a festival, and, well, let’s say they perfectly described what state I was in ✨
