I will never regret investing in myself.
Investing the time, the commitment,
to creating the discipline,
to pushing through the sweat and the tears,
to the rewiring my brain,
the staying consistent,
the pushing myself to wake up at 4am to get to the gym before work,
the reminding myself everyday why I am doing this.

It doesn’t happen overnight, it happens over time.
It happens by staying consistent
with all those things and more.
You’re the only that can make that change.
I promise you will never regret investing in yourself.
