labyrinth: a journey home

POSTS STORIES REELS

Hello lovelies! 👋🏼✨

Welcome to my digital space where I share my labyrinth of mindfulness, breath work, & medicinal movement.

labyrinth : a journey to your own center— your Spirit, hOMe, your Divinity within, and back again into the external world.

My vision is to guide students through their own labyrinth as I journey through mine. May we dance through this lifelong journey of learning among one another together in community. May we share this containment of both masculine and feminine energy in Sacred Space. May we continually walk our individual paths that intertwine to return home within ourselves, and remember that along the way, we are never truly alone. May we be reminded to return to community over and over again because we are all connected ✨🥰

10 facts about me:
1. My name is Elizabeth but I mainly go by Liz 🤗 *hugs*
2. I am 34 years around the sun 🌞
3. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Studies from CSUN in 2015. Therefore, I am fluent in American Sign Langugae (ASL) 🤟🏼
4. My favorite color is Emerald Green ~ well all shades of green 💚
5. I am a Libra ♎️ Rising, Scorpio ♏️ Sun, Sagittarius ♐️ Moon, and my Venus is in Virgo ♍️
6. I was introduced to Yoga in 2014 to find a more Whole-istic approach to modern medicine rather than pharmaceutical treatment. I then registered for a Yoga college course 🙅🏻‍♀️✨💆🏻‍♀️🙏🏼
7. I dove deep within myself and discovered that Yoga is an introspective work-in and not only a physical workout ✨🧘🏻‍♀️✨
8. I deepened my practice and received my 200HR Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Certification from @rayogastudios I graduated in Fall of 2021 as part of the Leaf Tribe 🍂✨🧘🏻‍♀️
9. I am now trained in Vinyasa 🔮, Strength/Sculpt 💪🏼, Yin Yoga ☯️ , Yogalates🙏🏼, the Hot 26 series 🥵 & more! —currently en route for my 300HR YTT Certification 🤓
10. I am interested in formally training in Pilates Reformers in the near future 🧐

I am soul excited to connect with each and every one of you further ⚡️ May we flow & grow together 🌱

Cheers to 15 Years Triunfo Jiu-Jitsu & MMA!!! There’s this undeniable magnetic pull, energy, and genuinely wholesome community built here by the truly impeccable duo, @felipefogolinbjj and @chelsierose333 ✨🥋🤙🏼 Deep Gratitude & Blessings to you both!

I always find myself back to these mats —although it may not be consistent throughout these years— I’ve had so much fun with the Women’s Team, the men, the youth (kids yoga circa Summer Youth Camp 23’ 24’ 🥳) and everyone that walks through these doors. Truly incredible beings!!! It’s been soul feeding recently returning to these mats and committing to continuously showing up weekly!

BIG CHEERS & CONGRATULATIONS to all my Professors, Coaches, and peers for your well deserved stripes and promotions! I am ALWAYS in awe and inspired by your strength, discipline, technique, fun, and bliss 💫 that surrounds these Sacred grounds 🙏🏻 by @_labyrinthwithliz

📍 Disneyland Paris: Alice’s Curious Labyrinth

Alice in Wonderland has always been a favorite movie growing up! I was stoked to see that Disneyland Paris had a LABYRINTH with an Alice in Wonderland theme! 😍 Labyrinth Liz in Alice’s Labyrinth 🥰 And of course, the name of the attraction, “Alice’s Curious Labyrinth” a beautiful reminder to stay curious in all of life’s blessings as well as life’s awakenings 🧐✨🌱 May we continue to walk our labyrinths together as we’re simply just — all walking each other home 🏡💫🔮
