GRATA! 🤲🏼 by @_laluluz_

Oi, Gente!!

My website is live, y’all! I am so proud of it - I built it myself with much love and intention to share information about me and the consulting, coaching, reproductive, and cultural work that I do.

For many years I worked as a therapist/clinician in the community mental health and medical fields. Throughout that time, I continued working in other capacities both within and outside of those settings.

Today, my work is still very much centered on healing, repair, walking alongside people and organizations facing important, challenging or difficult moments to support them in critical processes and transitions.

I help people of all walks of life who are looking for tailored engagements that are judgment free, real, and honest so that they can grow deeper capacity - mind and body - to take meaningful, authentic, and grounded actions as they navigate specific personal or professional situations, or life in general.

I’m inviting you to head over to my website and take a look at the different offerings I have created to support folks!

If you or anyone you know would benefit from any of the services I offer, please reach out to me and share my information with your networks!

Nossos ritmos, nossos tambores me deram asas.

O TAMBOR CANTOR.

Com muito orgulho e muito amor. ♥️ by @_laluluz_

Amo tu @tonyparana - só isso! by @_laluluz_

Gente!
I am so excited to share about this upcoming workshop I will be leading at The Health Museum! 🥳

Come join me and let’s take some time to (re)connect with the elements as we cultivate free expression and embodiment together. 🫂

With so much going on that can get in the way of our being grounded and connected within and to one another, taking this time to creatively resource ourselves by intentionally moving with elemental energies feels like an opportunity to expand our capacities to BE PRESENT. ✨🌱✨

And from PRESENCE take meaningful actions - however big or small in challenging moments (personally, collectively). 🌎

I really believe in this. 🤲🏼 Will you come through?

I hope to see you! 🙃

Hiiii….💜
It’s been a looong time since I’ve been on IG or posted but I’m back and want to share the amazing news that BANF @houstonbanf has recognized me as a 2025 Artist Awardee.

This transformational investment in me – and all the awardees, creates new opportunities to define our future and build together toward the thriving BIPOC culture Houston deserves.

I’m feeling very grateful for this opportunity and excited for the next 18 months of getting to know these amazing folx - sharing, learning (and unlearning), relating, creating so much together as a cohort.

Let’s weave that thread through each of our beautiful stories, artistries, and communities and build power in intercultural creativity and solidarity. We are many. We are a mosaic of joy, power, resilience, wisdom, and beauty. Even through the pain and the ugly - they can never take our Spirit.

Photo #2 - Artist Awardees stand in a circle backstage with glasses held high in a celebratory toast.
Photo #3 - Artist Awardees stand together as a group on stage with a slide behind them that reads “2025 ARTIST AWARDEES”.

This summer I turned 35. It was a rough ass time. One of the worst. And I’m so exhausted. And I’m also so grateful to be alive and for my loving family and all my friends, and the artistry, the work I am called to do in this life. 🤍🙏🏽 #abitchistired #tôviva by @_laluluz_
