Such a beautiful way to start the day—meditating and stretching with THE Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts. As I took in her words and soaked up the sun’s energy, I felt grounded in the power of a truly spiritual practice. Thank you @chelsealovesyoga @onepeloton @theresidencymv for bringing this amazing experience to the Vineyard 🧘🏽‍♀️☀️🫶🏽 by @_latierra11

“It always seems impossible until it’s done” Week after week, we showed up, putting in the work. Even when a hamstring injury tried to hold us back, we made adjustments, and still showed up. That’s dedication. That’s hard work. That’s consistency. Quitting/ giving up on what we set out to achieve was never an option, because we know that we can do hard things. AND THAT WE DID!! #HyroxNYC taken in Pier 76 by @_latierra11

Crushed HYROX NYC with one of my favorite people—and wow, what an experience. From the nerves at the start line (much better this second time around!) to pushing through every station, every moment reminded me how powerful it is to show up, dig deep (the elements tried to take us out ☀️🥵), and have someone right beside you doing the same.

Grateful for the laughs, the grit, and the memories we built rep by rep. NYC energy + strong friendship = unforgettable experience💥

@dr.melimel Congrats on your first HYROX and thanks for being a bomb ass partner! by @_latierra11

Day 3- Ready for the big show! Despite the near gale force winds and rain, the Detroit Free Press International Half Marathon absolutely lived up to the accolade of being USA Today’s Best Marathon! Racing from Detroit to Windsor, Canada was an incredible experience I won’t forget! 17.2 miles in 2 days 🇺🇸🏅🏅🏅🏅🇨🇦 Wonder Challenge complete ✔️ with my boo @dr.melimel by @_latierra11

Day 2- Let the games begin! 1-miler, immediately followed by the 5k🏅🏅1-miler time = 13:19 power walk. I’m aiming to beat that in the future 🔥 Meli joined me for the 5k with a lil shakeout trot, while I kept pace with a cute lil power walk🚶🏾‍♀️Nothing beats crossing the finish line with your boo!! 🫶🏽 @dr.melimel by @_latierra11
