“It always seems impossible until it’s done” Week after week, we showed up, putting in the work. Even when a hamstring injury tried to hold us back, we made adjustments, and still showed up. Four years ago, @onepeloton @marcelsarmy brought this gem of a woman into my life, and it’s been up ever since. I can go on and on about how incredible Tierra is. From excelling in her career, to being an amazing wife & mom, becoming an uber mom & juggling her kids sports (showing up every single practice & game), she still takes the time to pour into herself and the people around her. The sisterhood we’ve formed over the yrs mean so much to me & what is understood doesn’t have to be said. Doing hard things together will always be one of my favorite things @_latierra11. Now, what is our next adventure? 🤣

HYROX NYC 2026 all started with me saying, “It looks brutal AF, but I think I wanna do a hyrox next yr”, and T saying “okay, I’ll do it with you” BET, say less.
A Goal: Finish & have fun ✅
B Goal: Finish under 2 hours ✅
C Goal: Finish under 1:45 hours. Time 1:44:45 ✅
💫T, I couldn’t imagine doing this insanity for the first time with anyone else. Thank you for always going along with my shenanigans that always have us questioning our well being 🤣🤣. This was indeed torture, but also a damn good time.
💫Big thanks to G and Kiki for hyping us up throughout the entire course. Your energy was needed and much appreciated. Yall really kept us moving, and focused ❤️

🥇#MedalMonday 8k + Half Marathon = 18 miles in two days: Dolphin Challenge. Saturday, I had the most fun keeping it cute and running the 8k with my girl @enumaiyob Sunday, I ran with my heart which led me to a new Half marathon PR.
🥇 4th consecutive yr coming to VA beach for @marcelsarmy takeover weekend, and just as any other yr, a time was had. Words can’t express how grateful I am for @officialmarcelfit and the community that she has built. It’s easy to show up when you have amazing people in your corner cheering you on every step of the way. I will NEVER get tired of celebrating my friend’s accomplishments & supporting their goals and aspirations. This love goes way beyond an LB ☘️💚
Huge thanks to @angieangianng and @_latierra11 for helping plan yet another spectacular weekend.
🥇 This was the 2nd of 3 consecutive half marathons over 3 weekends. Next yr, someone please take my cc and phone bc clearly I’m doing the absolute most 😩

Medal Monday 🏅🎖️🏅

Three years of showing up to this weekend with @marcelsarmy and every single time it fills my soul in a new way. There’s something so special about coming together with people you’ve trained with on the Peloton platform celebrating each other, having real conversations, and building genuine connections beyond the leaderboard.

Thank you @officialmarcelfit for bringing us all together and cultivating such a impactful tradition 💚

This year, I went back for my second Dolphin Challenge (because you know I love a challenge…and some extra bling 😝). Kept the 8K cute running with @dr.melimel and then lined up the next day for the half marathon.

Coming off HYROX DC just two weeks prior, this weekend wasn’t about chasing a PR it was about having fun and finishing strong. I ran with my college track and field teammate and I told her going in that I wanted a strong race but nothing more. But to my surprise..my body felt really good and ten miles into the half marathon I went for it. I ended up with a 0.03 PR of 1:43:33. ✨

The last mile of the race I was carried by all the cheering and seeing my friends and family on the course! 🥰💚Thank you @marathonmamaof9 for the words of encouragement at mile 11/12🫶🏾S/o to @onepeloton , @marcelsarmy , @weoffthecouch and @prolyfyckruncreww for bringing the energy ! 🔥🔥

In addition to my accomplishments this weekend has become a family affair over the last 3 years and Malia and Jaylen also competed in their races. I love sharing my passion for the sport with them.

My favorite race weekend is here: Shamrock Marathon in VA beach, aka @marcelsarmy weekend. The love in this community runs so deep, and it’s the reason why I come back every yr for the last 4 years. In #TeamTewMuch MELI fashion, I’m running the 8k, and half marathon… bc we love the bling baby.

2 of 2 favorite moments at PSNY in 2025: #TeamTundeTakeover 5 years ago, @tune2tunde was the first instructor that I clipped in on the bike for, and I’ve been locked in ever since. @onepeloton Peloton has given me more than just fitness & good health, it’s given me community and life long friends. Thanks to Steph and Nish, we were finally able to show up BIG for our girl, in all black and a bold red lip 💋 You may kick our asses daily, whether it’s on the bike, or on the mat, but In the end, we choose you Tunez ❤️

💕Rich in love because I have the best family, friends & community that supported me through every step of 26.2 miles. Every txt, every voice message, every hug, every dm, every call, every single encouraging message uplifted me in a way I can’t even explain. THANK YOU.
💕 I listened to my @runwithrally messages (1 for each mile) after the race, and the way that you all poured life into me with your words brought me to tears. I’m just a girl who found joy in running, and somehow I’ve inspired all of you in some shape or form. That is the greatest gift of all. I LOVE YOU ❤️

💫“The actual marathon is merely a celebration of the hundred of miles of training that have come before….”
💫I locked in for 12 weeks of training, ran over 350 miles, with many of them shared with friends and my dope run crew @capcityrunnersalbany. Running can suck at times, but it’s so much more enjoyable when you have a supportive community and crew right alongside you.
💫When it gets tough, and I want to quit, I will remind myself that this is tough, but I am tougher. I know that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. The work has been done, now it’s time to celebrate. We got another medal to bring home!
