30% to becoming a BCBA 🤎

This was honestly one of the best decisions I ever made. I always told myself I would never go back to school because undergrad was such a long journey for me, but I’m so glad I took this route.

I always knew I had a bigger purpose in life, I just couldn’t figure out what it was. Now I’m finally in a field that truly feels right for me. School is not only making me a better educator, but also a better person. I’m learning and understanding a world I never even knew existed before.

I’m also proud to say I earned a 4.0 both semesters 🥹 Something I wanted so bad. The closest I ever got in undergrad was a 3.8. I couldn’t have done any of this without hard work, dedication, and believing in myself even during the times I wanted to give up.

I’m so excited to start my supervised hours soon. I was able to get hired as a BT, and now I’m studying for my RBT. Once I pass, I’ll be able to start counting my supervised hours while I’m still in school 🤞🏾📚

March 21st, I hosted my very first event with Coach Tyhira. ✨
It was such a beautiful experience and an amazing opportunity.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who showed up for me this is something I’ll remember forever. 🥺🫶🏾
And a big shoutout to everyone who has supported me in the past… I truly couldn’t have come this far without you all.

I’m so excited and looking forward to hosting more events in the future. 💕

Here’s a glimpse of my experience at the Rachel Carson Trail. This was the toughest challenge I ever did in my life. I was hot, I was sweaty, my legs gave out a couple times, but I continued to push through. It wasn’t as easy as I thought. I had to climb over rocks, step over puddles, and run up and down steep hills. Maybe next year you’ll see me at the 19 mile one. 😇
