Some therapy changes your body. This changed his mindset too.

Professional baseball player and co founder of @dbhrderby, Lucius Fox II @_legendlu came to Anachronist Wellness for a hamstring issue, but what stood out most was the experience. Not just the physical work, but the way Edwardo Thompson, @edwardoc.thompson poured into him mentally and helped him lock back in.

This is what we do. Restore you and prepare you for what is next.

This year’s Don’t Blink Youth Camp, sponsored by Dunkin’ and The Players Alliance, was a major success. Our youth had the opportunity to learn, grow, and sharpen their skills alongside professional baseball and softball players. ⚾️🥎🇧🇸🔥

Over 400 youth and 80 current and former professional baseball and softball players took over Andre Rodgers Stadium!
