Don’t Blink. Know the Facts.

This October, the Don’t Blink Foundation is going pink to encourage conversations about breast health across The Bahamas.

We stand with survivors, send love to those in treatment, remember those we’ve lost, and recognize the families and caregivers beside them.

Swipe through for information and local support resources. Let this be your reminder to talk with your healthcare provider about your breast health.

Save this post, share it with someone you love, and help us keep the conversation going. 💗

Some therapy changes your body. This changed his mindset too.

Professional baseball player and co founder of @dbhrderby, Lucius Fox II @_legendlu came to Anachronist Wellness for a hamstring issue, but what stood out most was the experience. Not just the physical work, but the way Edwardo Thompson, @edwardoc.thompson poured into him mentally and helped him lock back in.

This is what we do. Restore you and prepare you for what is next.
