700 DAYS SOBER 💙

Same person. Completely different life.

I don’t hide from where I’ve come from, because every one of my struggles has led me to where I am today.

Your mistakes don’t define you. How you transcend them does.

I tried to get sober for years. It’s not easy, but wow, is it worth it.

I remember sitting in a cell thinking, what am I going to do?

I’ve never been a reader. My ADHD makes it difficult for me to focus on the words and actually take them in. But that day I picked up the Bible in my cell and started flicking through the pages.

I came across a page that had been folded over, almost like it was ready for me to find that day.

John 13:7
“You do not realise now what I am doing, but later you will understand.”

Thank you God.

Now I understand. 🙏💙

700 days. 🥊

🔥 NEW LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION CROWNED! 🔥

Ladies and gents… the division has a NEW king. 👑

On Saturday 6th December, fan favourite Loco Lewis Humphreys stepped into the BOSH BOXING ring to challenge our reigning champion — the tough, durable and always-dangerous Tony Glover — and what followed was five rounds of pure war. 🪖

From the opening bell to the final second, it was non-stop action. 💥

Lewis set the tone early, putting Tony down in the second round… but Tony showed exactly why he was the champion. He climbed back up, dug deep, and came firing back to give Lewis real problems to solve. 😮‍💨

But last night, Lewis Humphreys delivered the performance of his career. 🌟

Sharp. Dominant. Spectacular. 🔝
He answered every question. 🙋‍♂️
He silenced every doubt. 🤫
He proved he’s been tested — and proved he’s ready for the BOSH BOXING crown! 👑

And now, officially…

🏆 LOCO LEWIS HUMPHRIES IS YOUR NEW LIGHT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION! 🏆

We’re already looking ahead to February for his first title defence — and yes, whispers are growing about a potential rematch with Tony Glover. After a fight like that… who wouldn’t want to see it again? 🤷‍♂️

Congratulations to the new champion. 👏

A massive show of respect to Tony Glover. 👊🏻

And salute to both warriors for giving us a fight to remember. 🙌🏼

This is just the beginning.

Blessed to see another one 25 years young…last few birthdays been tough things ain’t gone my way whether that be my own fault or just circumstances not being in my favour.

But for the first time in a long time. I hit a birthday and I don’t feel…behind or uncertain. I’m right where I need to be. I just looked through my camera roll and tried to choose a few photos to sum up this year. Honestly…just too many to choose from. To everyone who’s been a part of it whether you was there in person or online dropping a like, comment, DM or a share. I’m grateful.

Here’s to many more to come. I hope everyone has a good year. Someone have a drink for me jhezzzz 💙💙💙 by @_lewishumphreys

🎥🥊 “AN ABSOLUTE MASSACRE!” 😳🔥

Louis Wright is stepping onto BOSH BOXING for the very first time… and he’s going STRAIGHT INTO DEEP WATER! 🌊🥊

No easy debut. No warm-up fight.

Louis is brave, he’s game, and most importantly… HE WANTED THE CHALLENGE. 💥

Standing across from him will be the very skilful Tom Griffiths, who trains out of CJ Trained and will be looking to show exactly why he’s so highly rated.

But Louis Wright, representing Ringside Redditch Fitness, is coming with belief, hunger and a coach who has absolutely ZERO doubts about what’s going to happen. 👀

We caught up with Louis and his coach Lewis Humphreys ahead of fight night, and Loco certainly didn’t hold back with his prediction…

🗣️ “ABSOLUTE MASSACRE!” 😳💀

His message was simple: you can have all the skills in the world, but when it turns into a FIGHT, anything can happen… and he believes his boy will be more than ready for it. 🔥

Is Louis Wright about to announce himself on the BOSH stage in spectacular fashion?

Or will Tom Griffiths’ skill and experience prove too much?

⚠️ THE SHOW IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT!

Louis does have a limited number of paper tickets remaining, but they are disappearing FAST. 🎟️💨

BE FAST OR BE LAST!

More tickets may also become available very soon, so keep your eyes on the page. 👀

📺 Can’t make it to the arena?

You can watch the ENTIRE SHOW LIVE ON NOTORIOUS FIGHT TV! 🔥🥊

This one could get VERY interesting.

Who wins?! 🤷‍♂️

On Saturday we took on Snowdon 🏔️💚

A tough climb, but nothing compared to the battles we all have to face in our lives at some point.

But if I’ve learnt one thing from climbing this mountain it is that you don’t have to face those problems alone.

9 of us started the climb on Saturday some family, some friends and some strangers but with one shared goal to reach that summit for Reuben Gayle.

The bond that was built between us and what was achieved is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life and incredibly proud moment. That even while writing this makes me emotional.

I just want to say a massive thank you and also a well done to everyone who contributed to the charity.

Together we all managed to raise over £1500 pounds in 3 days!

Rest Easy Rueben,
your name carried us all the way to the top 💚
