BOX LOCO | WEDNESDAY GROUP SESSION 🥊

What a turnout on Wednesday night! Plenty of our regular members and some new faces too. A high energy class with a great atmosphere and great people.

We focused on technique and real, practical boxing tactics. Not just how to punch, but when and why to punch. How to control a fight from the first bell to the last, and understanding that in boxing, you’ve always got to find that extra 1% when you think you’ve got nothing left.

This might sound like a lot to take in as a beginner, but you’d be surprised how much you can learn when you’re surrounded by experienced boxers who push you along the way.

And that’s what Box Loco is all about. Creating an environment where everyone can learn, improve and push themselves, with a coach who genuinely cares about everyone’s development, not just the fighters.

All levels welcome. Drop me a message to get involved! 🥊

🎬 BOSH BOXING MEDIA PRESENTS…

LOUIS WRIGHT 🆚 TOM GRIFFITHS

Two names you might not know yet.

But you will. 👀🔥

At 63.5KG, two of Birmingham’s most dangerous young Super Lightweights are about to collide.

🥊 Louis Wright — trained by Loco Lewis Humphreys at Redditch Ringside Fitness.

🥊 Tom Griffiths — trained by Cian at CJ Trained.

Young. Hungry. Talented. Ambitious.

And neither man is interested in taking the easy route. ❌

Louis openly admits that Tom may be the prettier, more technical boxer…

But Louis has got DOG in him. 🐕🔥

From the opening bell, he plans on turning this into a FIGHT.

Tom brings the technique, composure and boxing ability.

Louis brings pressure, aggression and a willingness to go into the trenches. 😮‍💨

3 ROUNDS OF WAR ⚔️

No hiding. No easy fights. Just two young fighters with big dreams putting it all on the line.

This is exactly what BOSH BOXING is all about. 🥊

And this one means a little bit more to us…

🎥 This is the FIRST official promotional film created by BOSH BOXING MEDIA.

Filmed. Created. Edited. By us.

I’m slightly proud of this one. 🕺🏼

BOSH BOXING has been built from the ground up, and BOSH BOXING Media is another step forward for the business.

So I’m asking everyone who has supported us so far — please SHARE this video. 🙏

Share it to your story. Send it to a mate. Help us get as many eyes on our first ever production as possible and support a local boxing business trying to build something special in Birmingham. 🥊🎬

Every share genuinely helps.

And we’re only just getting started. 🚨

🎟️ TICKETS ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT ONLINE.

A limited number of returned fighter tickets will be released online next week.

🎥🥊 “AN ABSOLUTE MASSACRE!” 😳🔥

Louis Wright is stepping onto BOSH BOXING for the very first time… and he’s going STRAIGHT INTO DEEP WATER! 🌊🥊

No easy debut. No warm-up fight.

Louis is brave, he’s game, and most importantly… HE WANTED THE CHALLENGE. 💥

Standing across from him will be the very skilful Tom Griffiths, who trains out of CJ Trained and will be looking to show exactly why he’s so highly rated.

But Louis Wright, representing Ringside Redditch Fitness, is coming with belief, hunger and a coach who has absolutely ZERO doubts about what’s going to happen. 👀

We caught up with Louis and his coach Lewis Humphreys ahead of fight night, and Loco certainly didn’t hold back with his prediction…

🗣️ “ABSOLUTE MASSACRE!” 😳💀

His message was simple: you can have all the skills in the world, but when it turns into a FIGHT, anything can happen… and he believes his boy will be more than ready for it. 🔥

Is Louis Wright about to announce himself on the BOSH stage in spectacular fashion?

Or will Tom Griffiths’ skill and experience prove too much?

⚠️ THE SHOW IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT!

Louis does have a limited number of paper tickets remaining, but they are disappearing FAST. 🎟️💨

BE FAST OR BE LAST!

More tickets may also become available very soon, so keep your eyes on the page. 👀

📺 Can’t make it to the arena?

You can watch the ENTIRE SHOW LIVE ON NOTORIOUS FIGHT TV! 🔥🥊

This one could get VERY interesting.

Who wins?! 🤷‍♂️

🎃🥊 THE REMATCH IS ON! 🥊🎃

🔥 HARRY WHITE vs MILES FAULKNER II 🔥

They’ve shared the ring once before. Now they’re running it back at BOSH BOXING PROMOTIONS: TRICKS, TREATS & TKOs! 💥

🥊 Harry White (1-1)
🏠 DS Shez Fitness
👊 Coach: Dean

Harry came into their first meeting undefeated, bringing an MMA background into the boxing world and showing that he can absolutely handle himself between the ropes.

The first fight was a brilliant, controlled boxing contest from BOTH men, but when the final bell sounded, it was Miles who had his hand raised.

Harry’s response?

💬 “Locked in. Let’s go again!”

Standing opposite him once again…

🥊 MILES FAULKNER (1-0-2)
🏠 Loco Boxing
👊 Coach: Lewis Humphreys

After tasting defeat twice, Miles finally secured that first victory when these two met. Now he’s hungry to do it again and remove ANY doubt about the first result.

💬 “Respect always, but last time wasn’t a fluke. I’ll make this next win even clearer.” 😤

Harry wants revenge.
Miles wants confirmation.

NOW WE FIND OUT. 🔥

🎟️ TICKETS GO ON SALE THIS FRIDAY!

Tickets are ONLINE ONLY. Contact the fighter you’re supporting for their individual ticket link.

🚨⚠️WAR INCOMING⚠️🚨

MANIC MAUNDER 🆚 ROB FAGAN
69KG

This has got a serious fight written all over it. 🔥

Manic Maunder returns to BOSH BOXING representing Loco Boxing, trained by Lewis. With a 1-2 record and amateur experience behind him, Manic is coming back looking to make a statement.

His message?

🌪️ “The storm is coming.”

But standing in his way is the very dangerous Rob Fagan.

Fagan comes out of the infamous Connellys, trained by Michael Connelly, carrying a strong 3-1 record and plenty of confidence into this one. ☝️

He didn’t need many words:

💬 “All the best, but I’ma smash him up.”

No manufactured beef. No bullshit.

Just two lads who genuinely believe they’re better than the man standing opposite them.

69KG. MANIC MAUNDER. ROB FAGAN.

This could get nasty. 🥊🔥

🎟️ Tickets available soon. You do NOT want to miss this one.

🚨🥊 VIOLENCE BY DESIGN: OFFICIAL HIGHLIGHTS #3 🥊🚨

💥 FAULKNER 🆚 WHITE — AND WE’RE RUNNING IT BACK! 💥

Two explosive, dangerous fighters stepped into the ring at VIOLENCE BY DESIGN…

🥊 MILES FAULKNER 🆚 HARRY WHITE

Both men are known for their power and aggression, but this fight showed another side to both of them.

COMPOSURE. PATIENCE. IMPROVEMENT. BOXING IQ. 🧠🥊

This was an incredibly close contest between two fighters who have clearly taken their boxing to another level.

🔥 HARRY WHITE, trained and coached by BOSH BOXING, showed huge improvements in his boxing, remaining composed and dangerous throughout.

🔥 MILES FAULKNER, coached by Lewis Humphreys at LOCO BOXING, matched him every step of the way and did enough on the night to get his hand raised. 🏆

MILES FAULKNER TAKES THE VICTORY. 👏

But when a fight is this close, there’s only one thing to do…

RUN. IT. BACK. 🔁🔥

And BOTH fighters have agreed.

📅 OCTOBER 24TH
🥊 FAULKNER 🆚 WHITE II

They’ve shared the ring.
They know what the other man brings.
Now they both have time to prepare specifically for each other.

SO WHO WINS THE REMATCH? 👀

Does Miles make it 2-0?

Or does Harry make the adjustments and EVEN THE SCORE? 🔥
