Harvest is approaching fast !! I’m so excited for my camera roll to start looking “nuts” , and go home every night looking like I rolled around in a dirt pile, from sweeping the rows all together 🌳🌰

Harvesting Hazelnuts for round two! you can see after a first pick there is some still left in the tree! With help from the wind and climate of Oregon the nuts will fall after a passing of a few weeks!

So we’re back out In the orchards for round two to get the nuts that have fallen !! It’s a dusty good time!

Harvest may look hectic but I love it with my whole soul 🌰🫶🏼

We are full force at the dryer, getting all the nuts cleaned and dried to send off to george packing! We harvest our orchards twice, so it’s almost time to get back out into the orchard to get some more hazelnuts that have fallen from wind / rain !
