this was almost 2 years ago. i’ve definitely lost my spark. struggling with depression, BPD, anxiety, + PTSD over the past year and some change has definitely been one of my biggest struggles. especially being undiagnosed as a young adult/child was scary not knowing how to get to who i wanna be. questioning my worth but knowing im worthy. as days progress and i learn how to use my super powers… the loud voices slowly fade but not to far behind. i have moments where i break under pressure and the voices begin to ascend. i become weak and it all starts over again. ive yet to conquer my emotions but time has definitely been on my side. with grace i continue to carry my supper powers not to define who i am but as a badge of honor. as i continue on this journey to getting my spark back.

The straggler walks where footsteps fade,
A little behind the path others forsook.
Not first to come, neither quick to run,
Moving at the pace of their own drum.
While most rush forward, chasing the day,
The straggler drifts a different way.
Neither lost nor gone from sight,
Just trailing softly through a different light.
A soul between where they were and where they’ll be,
Carrying time more slowly than what most see.
