OREGON OPEN WELLNESS OVERALL. 🏆

Surprise, I competed this weekend. I never post anything about competing because it’s for me, not IG. It helps me keep a good headspace and I am able to laser focus without everyone asking how it’s going. With that being said, it went well and I have A LOT of people to thank for it.
.
To the stage mom of the year. @codi013 the level of preparedness was next level. I think the only other people I’ve seen this prepared are my fellow ICU nurses. But seriously thank you for being there every step of the way, and I mean literally from day one of prep to coming off stage after the W.
.
To my coworkers who truly showed UP and brought the hype in the audience. It was truly spectacular. Thank you for your hard core support of me in this sport that y’all had very little knowledge of but asked so many questions to learn and reminded me that I was going to absolutely slay every single shift we worked together.
.
To @sebalvarez__ for your knowledge, support, and guidance. I am new to this sport and still question if I have what it takes but I’ve learned so much and am excited to continue growing in something I’m very passionate about.
.
I have a game plan in place and in the best headspace to execute that, which was established prior to this show. My goal here was to qualify for nationals and nail my posing. I did both. The W is icing on the cake and reinforces that I can in fact do it. Cheers to the next phase. 💪🏼

Bout to get real quiet on the creek!! Invested in myself and met with a trainer for my first time, all this work I’ve done has been on my own! I was feeling bored and discouraged, checked in on form and eats, form is there for sure, protein and fiber and fats are there, carbs is where I’m lacking… if I can say anything make sure you’re eating your carbs, they won’t make you fat, they’ll fuel your lifts making them that much more intense for growth 💕 #gymmotivation #gym #consistency by @_lulumo_
