For the first time ever I don’t know how I feel about this meet. There’s a little bit of every emotion Happy, Sad, Anger, Frustration you name it!

It’s funny you spend time weeks, months, and maybe a year training to leave it all on the platform.

I went 5/9 at Westerns, not the outcome I was hoping for, every lift I missed I have hit in the gym and more!

However I did come in 🥇 place! That was an exciting moment! I loved sharing the platform with the all new amazing woman I have met making my debut as an M1!!

I can’t thank my coach @swan.strong enough for everything! For the whacky training schedules, being there for me with everything the life as thrown at me for the last 6+ plus months etc. words can’t describe how much I appreciate you @_mackenzieswan !! A good coach can change a game. A great coach can change a life!
