It’s CMA fest here in Nashville and I wouldn’t dare leave the house. I would dare to pick up a guitar and write something a little twangy though. Yee fucking Haw. 🤠🤘🏼🖕🏼

I wrote this from a text conversation I had this morning about not exactly living in the world of the realistic. I make no apologies about that or letting art and never wanting to be certain of anything, be life. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤘🏼 Possibly a @spinlightorchestra tune one day. taken in East Nashville, Tennessee by @_mark_ad_

So great to have the fam finally come visit for the first time since I moved to Nashville. Hopefully it’s not the last. We had a hell of day being tourists. taken in Nashville, Tennessee by @_mark_ad_

I feel like this one is too good to let slip away. Much like a relationship that’s worth the work. @spinlightorchestra

I picked up the guitar today and this started coming out. It’s about all of the expectations others and subsequently we, put on ourselves to do this for this reason and that for that reason and the pressure that puts on you to attain their version of success, rather than just doing it for you. It’s about doing things for the experience and not the expectation. The joy and not the justification. It’s only a part and I’ll out a full song vid up on main eventually. Blessed be, players. ✌🏼🤘🏼
