Brooklyn, I need you to settle something for me…

We’re touring 737 Decatur Street—a beautifully renovated townhouse with plenty of space, serious style, and yes… even a high-tech bidet that almost stole the tour. 😂🚽

But here’s where I need my Brooklyn people to weigh in: Is this Ocean Hill or Brownsville?

I was born and raised uptown Manhattan and the Bronx, so I’m staying out of this neighborhood debate and letting the REAL experts settle it. 😂
Ocean Hill or Brownsville? Drop your answer in the comments—and tell me WHY!

🤎 ONE MONTH OF SŌL 🤎

One month ago, we opened the doors to SŌL Reform + Recover with a vision of creating more than a fitness studio. We wanted to create a space where our community could move, get stronger, recover, connect and feel like they belong.

Today, one month in, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. 🥹

To our friends and family who believed in this dream, supported us through the build-out, shared our excitement, spread the word and showed up for us — THANK YOU. We could not have gotten here without you.

To our founding members and every single person who has walked through our doors since opening: thank you for trusting us with your movement and wellness. 🤎

One of the most beautiful things has been seeing familiar faces week after week — watching you stay consistent, get stronger, challenge yourselves, laugh together and make your workouts at SŌL part of your lives. That is exactly the community we dreamed of creating.

And we’re just getting started.

One month down. So much more to come. ✨

Thank you for welcoming SŌL into the neighborhood and for helping us build something that already feels so special.

With so much love and gratitude,
The SŌL Reform + Recover Family 🤎

REFORM. RECOVER. BELONG.

✨ Brooklyn brownstone living — on a completely different scale.

📍 59 Lefferts Place | Clinton Hill, Brooklyn

22 feet wide. Nearly 4,800 square feet. A rare 140-foot-deep lot. And a renovation that beautifully balances historic Brooklyn architecture with modern, thoughtful design.

Listed at $6.75M, this extraordinary Clinton Hill brownstone went into contract after just 18 days on the market. 👀

And that’s what I always tell my clients: the market speaks through activity.

When a home is special, thoughtfully priced, and positioned correctly, buyers respond — even at the luxury level.

From the dramatic arches and limewashed fireplace to the incredible garden and sheer scale of the home, this one is a reminder of just how spectacular Brooklyn real estate can be. 🤎

Would you spend $6.75M for a brownstone like this in Clinton Hill? 👇🏽

So grateful to be opening our doors this summer—August 10th, to be exact! 🤍

As we get to know the rhythm and needs of our community, we’ll continue adding more classes to the schedule. We can’t wait to grow alongside you.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us from the very beginning. Your encouragement, excitement, and trust have meant the world to us, and we are so incredibly grateful.

And one more thing… our sauna experience is coming this fall. 🥵✨ We can’t wait to share what’s next. Link for founding membership in bio.

✨ A little sneak peek… because we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.

Every detail at SŌL has been thoughtfully designed with one goal in mind: creating a space where you can move, recover, and simply feel great.

From our intimate six-reformer studio, to our warm and welcoming mat space, to our cozy little corner made for post-class conversations (and maybe a selfie or two 😉)… it’s all starting to come together.

We’re so excited to welcome you through these doors very soon.

Until then, here’s a first look at the space that’s been built with our community at the heart of every decision.

We can’t wait to move with you.

Rain couldn’t stop Bushwick this past Saturday ☔

Had such a great time at Alma’s Vendor Market supporting incredible small businesses—from fashion and handcrafted fragrances to amazing vegan Dominican food. 🌿🇩🇴

Huge shout-out to @almanuevayork for putting together such a beautiful event. I left with a few goodies, lots of inspiration, and some fun photo booth memories. Supporting local never disappoints. ❤️

Do not let listing photos deter you from seeing a space. There is nothing like a real tour to give you perspective of ceiling height, size, and layout— #realestate #apartmenttour #bedstuy #brooklyn by @_marlene_b
