Another Brooklyn gem!

First things first, I’m a driver, so PARKING? Already off to a great start!

Walked in, shoes off at the door, belongings hung up, and the mood was set.

Now listen, you think your abs are strong? Try Pilates! I was shaking by the end of that hour!

After class, we enjoyed 30 minutes of sauna and infrared red light therapy. And the cherry on top? The owner greeted us with cold eucalyptus-infused towels. Let’s pause right there… SOOO refreshing!

I don’t sleep well, but baby, I left there ready for a lil nap!

Loved every minute. Brooklyn, you did it again. I’ll be back!

🤎 ONE MONTH OF SŌL 🤎

One month ago, we opened the doors to SŌL Reform + Recover with a vision of creating more than a fitness studio. We wanted to create a space where our community could move, get stronger, recover, connect and feel like they belong.

Today, one month in, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. 🥹

To our friends and family who believed in this dream, supported us through the build-out, shared our excitement, spread the word and showed up for us — THANK YOU. We could not have gotten here without you.

To our founding members and every single person who has walked through our doors since opening: thank you for trusting us with your movement and wellness. 🤎

One of the most beautiful things has been seeing familiar faces week after week — watching you stay consistent, get stronger, challenge yourselves, laugh together and make your workouts at SŌL part of your lives. That is exactly the community we dreamed of creating.

And we’re just getting started.

One month down. So much more to come. ✨

Thank you for welcoming SŌL into the neighborhood and for helping us build something that already feels so special.

With so much love and gratitude,
The SŌL Reform + Recover Family 🤎

There’s something special that happens when women come together.

We were honored to sponsor a charity golf tournament last week, but what stayed with me most wasn’t the golf, it was the way the women showed up for one another.

We had the privilege of learning from an incredible golf pro, and every time she crushed a shot, we cheered like it was our own.

That’s the kind of community we’re building at The PowHER Circle.

In every room we enter, we leave it more encouraging than we found it.

Because when women celebrate one another’s success instead of competing with it, we all rise. 💙⛳

✨ A little sneak peek… because we couldn’t keep it to ourselves.

Every detail at SŌL has been thoughtfully designed with one goal in mind: creating a space where you can move, recover, and simply feel great.

From our intimate six-reformer studio, to our warm and welcoming mat space, to our cozy little corner made for post-class conversations (and maybe a selfie or two 😉)… it’s all starting to come together.

We’re so excited to welcome you through these doors very soon.

Until then, here’s a first look at the space that’s been built with our community at the heart of every decision.

We can’t wait to move with you.
