Cruelty loves a clear sky 🔥…Miss u LA🩵…The most perfect city to feel America as a “mood”… as a Performance… as a dream/nightmare😣…just want to say that music CAN’T not be sincere, that’s its saving grace, to make us feel things before we can figure them out. Can’t list everyone here, but want to emphasize the people who stayed up very late with me - the above and beyond museum team (X, Karen, Chao, TianTian, Pan @roll_office and more) the very special key crew esp Claire who was “on the ground” in all senses in Hengdian, Shanghai, and Nanjing (!), Sylvia for spending basically every day/many sleepovers for 5 straight weeks together, Michael for the “frantic romantic” acoustics, and Meixian💗 who shaped all our vision

𝑀𝓎 𝒻𝒾𝓇𝓈𝓉 𝒷𝑜𝑜𝓀!

I deeply admire everyone who contributed to this endeavor, with a special emphasis on the writers 🩸because I love writers the most and sometimes I think I make images only to provoke this impossible exchange

Additionally, the book holds many images, extra long ribbon, and a flexi disc embedded with the titular song. All these elements were masterfully interwoven by @shin_of_shinshin @new_of_newnew (as an object it is exactly heavy enough to feel “authoritarian” “biblical” “Maoist” “diary”)
