The gym will always be my playground 😂🤞🏽

I always have to remind myself to bet on me, every single time. I love perfecting my craft and putting intention into every little thing I do.

New quarter, new opportunities… and I’m officially accepting clients! 🎉

Fitness and helping others is something I genuinely love, and I’m ready to take everything I’ve learned and give it back to y’all 10x better. A lot of people have been asking if I’m training or accepting new clients… so here it is.

I’m starting off ONLINE ONLY and taking 5 serious clients to begin. I also offer customized meal plans, workout plans, and combo options tailored to your goals.

If you’re ready to lock in and make a real change, comment or DM me “discipline” and let’s get started. 💪🏽✨ taken in Chicago, Illinois by @_miaax3

This by far was a great way to end the first quarter of 2026. I always find ways to challenge myself and this time I chose to compete in an international fitness competition.

Even though my race tested me in every way, I still pushed through and finished strong. I was sooo close to giving up, but I didn’t.

I fought through the pain, finished with a smile and told myself everything I learned from this race I’m applying to the next one — coming back 10x better🤞🏼

Race day threw everything at me — almost missing my start time, cramps in my calves, feet, and ankles mid-runs… it felt like nothing was going my way. But I still crossed that finish line smiling. I didn’t get the time I hoped for, but I showed up and pushed through. HYROX was one hell of an experience. Would I do it all over again? HELL YES 😂😭🙌🏻
