My very first client, patient zero: myself. In 2021 I had been training for years but had nothing to show for it. I was tired of looking and feeling the way I did, so I went all in on changing that.

I was obsessed with refining my diet and training, and this discipline translated to all other areas of my life.

I got until June of 2024 self-guided when I hired a coach (@paulromzek_gmt) and once again saw fantastic results.

There’s something to be said for external measures of accountability, no matter how disciplined you are.

Plenty more work to do. Constantly evolving, constantly improving.

No Half Measures.
