Today is the final day of September 🍂

Watch this clearing and release ritual and use it as an opportunity to surrender and release whatever is weighing on your mind, heart & soul.

Allow the smoke & sound to carry and clear anything no longer serving you.

Stress, sadness, anxiety, hurt, betrayal, patterns, anger from the past. This is the opportunity to release it and make yourself available for clarity, ease, peace, harmony, freedom, joy, love, and gratitude.

Shift happens.

This theme has been coming up a lot lately in many different spaces.

As we sit on the cusp of August / September - a moment when we collectively almost immediately shift gears - the feeling of transition and shift becomes unavoidable.

That in between space can feel so uncomfortable at times, leaving us feeling almost rootless in the present or chomping at the bit to jump into the future. And we are absolutely within our right to feel that discomfort. Transitions can be difficult and uncomfortable.

But if we dig a little deeper and pause to sit WITH the transitional space, so much wisdom exists there. When we notice the pause BETWEEN each next move, when we notice the space that exists BETWEEN each breath, if we allow ourselves to BE in the in-between with curiosity and openness, that is where the beauty unfolds.

So like this card playfully says, shift happens. Are you going to see it as a bad thing? Or are you going to slow down and choose to see the beauty in the in-between?

The choice is yours. And that will shift everything 🦋

This is your reminder that sometimes it feels like nothing is happening.
Keep showing up.

Sometimes we need to pause. Rest. Recollect ourselves. Recharge. Recalibrate.

Don’t give up just because you’re tired or running out of steam.

Come back to your vision.
Come back to your why.

Why does it matter to you?
What is the deeper reason you started?

Focus on how meaningful it will be when it reaches fruition.
Recognize the progress you’ve already made, even if it doesn’t look the way you imagined.

Keep going.
Eventually, you will break through.

Faith and trust are funny things.
They get tested.
They can waver.
They can give way to doubt, questioning, uncertainty, even cynicism.

But what truly matters to you beyond the surface of how you want it to look?

It isn’t about the image you present to the world.
It isn’t about the likes on the internet.

What is your dream deeply rooted in?

Connect with your heart.
Connect with the reason it would fulfill you on a soul level.

Then do something that inspires you.
Something that reignites your belief.
Something that brings you back to yourself.

It started off when you were just a little girl.

You didn’t want to go to the extracurricular activity. You didn’t feel comfortable in your clothes.

How you felt didn’t seem to matter. What mattered most was keeping the peace. The people you relied on for safety would get angry, cold, or scary when you were defiant. When you said no.

This made you feel bad for having needs.

Your sadness. Your anger. Your emotions were shamed. There was no space or patience for them. Your inner world felt like a burden, so you learned to become polite. To abandon yourself to please others because it was easier and felt safer.

This is why you say yes when your body feels it’s a no.
