@risewellnesscollective @cleansingcavern Medicine Mama- Alchemy from self-sacrificing to soulfilled, joyful & deeply satisfied 👑 🦋 SACRED Method™

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is the final day of September 🍂

Watch this clearing and release ritual and use it as an opportunity to surrender and release whatever is weighing on your mind, heart & soul.

Allow the smoke & sound to carry and clear anything no longer serving you.

Stress, sadness, anxiety, hurt, betrayal, patterns, anger from the past. This is the opportunity to release it and make yourself available for clarity, ease, peace, harmony, freedom, joy, love, and gratitude.

What behaviours are you no longer available for (in yourself/others/relationships)?

What do you desire to call in to this new space?

What energy/frequency do you want to align with/attract/move from/nurture/create?

Shift happens.

This theme has been coming up a lot lately in many different spaces.

As we sit on the cusp of August / September - a moment when we collectively almost immediately shift gears - the feeling of transition and shift becomes unavoidable.

That in between space can feel so uncomfortable at times, leaving us feeling almost rootless in the present or chomping at the bit to jump into the future. And we are absolutely within our right to feel that discomfort. Transitions can be difficult and uncomfortable.

But if we dig a little deeper and pause to sit WITH the transitional space, so much wisdom exists there. When we notice the pause BETWEEN each next move, when we notice the space that exists BETWEEN each breath, if we allow ourselves to BE in the in-between with curiosity and openness, that is where the beauty unfolds.

So like this card playfully says, shift happens. Are you going to see it as a bad thing? Or are you going to slow down and choose to see the beauty in the in-between?

The choice is yours. And that will shift everything 🦋

This is your reminder that sometimes it feels like nothing is happening.
Keep showing up.

Sometimes we need to pause. Rest. Recollect ourselves. Recharge. Recalibrate.

Don’t give up just because you’re tired or running out of steam.

Come back to your vision.
Come back to your why.

Why does it matter to you?
What is the deeper reason you started?

Focus on how meaningful it will be when it reaches fruition.
Recognize the progress you’ve already made, even if it doesn’t look the way you imagined.

Keep going.
Eventually, you will break through.

Faith and trust are funny things.
They get tested.
They can waver.
They can give way to doubt, questioning, uncertainty, even cynicism.

But what truly matters to you beyond the surface of how you want it to look?

It isn’t about the image you present to the world.
It isn’t about the likes on the internet.

What is your dream deeply rooted in?

Connect with your heart.
Connect with the reason it would fulfill you on a soul level.

Then do something that inspires you.
Something that reignites your belief.
Something that brings you back to yourself.

If this journey has felt long..
If you’ve been feeling tired, stuck, unclear, or like you’re doing all the things but not seeing the breakthrough...

I want to invite you into Here I Come.

This program was created to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity, shift your energy, and prepare for the next level you’re calling in and become successful!

Sometimes it isn’t that you’re missing the dream.
You’re missing one key shift.
One tool.
One layer of support that helps you cross the bridge from, “Why isn’t this happening?” to “I actually did it.”

As we close out July, celebrate yourself.

Celebrate every lesson.
Every uncomfortable moment.
Every small win.
Every step that no one else saw.

Because even if it doesn’t feel like it today...

It is all unfolding for you.

Your breakthrough may be closer than you think. 🌄❤️

Comment ARRIVE if you’re ready to call in the energy of success, alignment, and celebration. ✨

Today is the final day of May.
It is also a full moon in fire sign Sagittarius, which is the sign of adventure.

Sometimes we get so swept up in all the things we aspire to be, do, and places we want to go that we lose sight of how far we have come and the beauty in the now.

Even if it doesn't feel like you are where you want to be.
Even if you feel you cannot clearly see the future or which direction to go.
Pause, breathe, smile, and feel peace in who you be in this moment. Feel gratitude for the journey and for all that is already complete.

Celebrate some simple pleasures, moments of peace, bliss, joy, and ease. Focus your mind on them and just enjoy one thing in this present moment.

Tune into how you currently feel and celebrate the noticing. The tuning in. The redirection.
Allow your soul to really expand with the illumination.

💖 Shine your heart with fully embodied joy, wonder, appreciation, and enthusiasm over the adventure that is life. Find joy in the mystery and self discovery of all you are becoming and what is bound for you on the horizon

With love and deep connection

Keep rising ✨️
