My medicine is powerful because it’s ancestral, divinely guided, and God given.

I never planned to push myself and my story forward. I never intended to launch businesses that stir something up in people, but that’s exactly what I’m doing because sometimes we just need to know there’s a soft place to land that we can feel

🎶 I’m finna turn 40 but fuc it 🎶 (40 is def the new 25 💅🏽 iykyk).

There was a point in time that I couldn’t tell you what made me happy or even what I did for fun. And through all of my unraveling,

One day I woke up and got tired of watching the life I wanted to live on YouTube, TikTok, and IG.

And I decided to go get it, not just for myself, but for other women like me who always put their self on the back burner.

Now 9 years later, I’ve packaged the lessons learned, skills, wisdom, and ancestral knowledge given to me — for you.

It’s time to create a life that is about Less Performing. More becoming.

🗣️🚨Applications open for The Prosper In Purpose Program (November 23 - 29). A 3 week cohort, with one week in Costa Rica followed by 2 weeks of virtual session to help you apply what you learn when you return to the real world.

I been shrinking my whole damn life and now it’s time to UNSHRINK 😳

I moved in fear for a long time around my gifts, talents, and power. Over the past year, I’ve watched myself go from
😩fear,
🤭to acknowledgement,
😅to acceptance
🥰 to embrace and embodiment
😜 AND NOW to unshrinking

I’m using the #unshrinkingchallenge to finally move fully into owning my power through sharing, stretching, and showing the world what I’m capable of…

So let’s see what happens in the next 30 days of ME showing up consistently to share more of what I’ve been called to do with the world, not a friend, family member, or expert I hired to post for me, but ME and only me 😳

Seeing me wholeheartedly is how I get to see me through me 💫

There was a time that I stopped looking in the mirror.

Then there was a time that when I looked in the mirror I didn’t recognize who was staring back.

And after locking in and committing to live and love myself more each year, it’s a new me I see in the reflection.

I dreamed of her and had small visualizations and glimpses of her over the years, but now she’s here.

And I have the opportunity to get to know her, love her, nourish her, and embody her.

Something has changed and it’s me because of her. This is what embodiment looks like bc now, I am no longer becoming her.

I. AM. HER. 🥹💫🙏🏽. Only God knows what it took to get here and now that I have her, I will never let her go. I will only let her grow, regardless of what anyone else feels about it bc in my eyes I no longer hide, shrink, or play small. I’M MY TYPE, WHICH MEANS I’m ALL THEY TYPE 💋.

Y’all this shit business and personal! Who said handling business had to look one way? We define how we want our affairs to look like and I choose to look good while doing it 🤌🏾!

For years I treated myself badly, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I wasn’t properly nourishing, loving, and pouring into myself.

But now I am! And my business is designed to support women who resonate with my story.

We don’t have to keep ourselves on the back burner anymore.

We get to be the main characters of our own lives.

Being intentional means managing the tension with having intentions for your life. The reality is the path is not easy at all. You have to be alright with being uncomfortable in many areas on your path in order for growth to transform you from the inside out. Once you become one with the tension being intentional reveals all of you that you have been burying 🫶🏽! by @_novatree

Striving to attain what you truly desire requires you to clear all the bullshit out your way. Years go by with you staying in the same place all because the distractions allowed to stay in your way.
