Family Affair Pt.1 I’m always passionate about training but some days just take the cake. Today I had the honor of training @_novatree and her beautiful auntie. It was a total family affair. I’m honored to be of service to your family while they enjoy their stay in the lush Carribean Coast. By the way auntie gave Nova tree a run for her money! 🤣🤣

What started as a frantic attempt to rebuild myself after a health crisis, transformed into an addiction of personal improvement, has quickly turned into a passion to help others. Everyday is different, every client has different needs and goals but I truly enjoy helping others learn to love the process! S/O to @_novatree for embracing her journey. Keep up the good work!

Our Soul Healing Retreat officially kicked off with a delicious Caribbean welcome dinner prepared by Chef Carleen, a Costa Rican native with Jamaican roots who truly knows her way around a kitchen! 🌴🍽️

From the first bite to the last, the ladies were beyond pleased and ready to begin this incredible journey of healing, connection, and transformation.

What a beautiful way to start our time together in paradise. 💛

Marsha was my childhood friend since 7 and Melissa I knew from Highschool at 13. Talk about a reunion! 🥰

What an incredible way to officially kick off our Soul Healing Retreat in Costa Rica! ✨

A huge thank you to our amazing facilitator, Novatree, for guiding us through a refreshing and introspective experience focused on setting intentions, manifesting our desires, and bringing our visions to life through a beautiful candle-making workshop. We then eased into a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing us to connect with ourselves on an even deeper level.

The energy, connection, and healing were absolutely magical. This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what unfolds over the next few days.

Alright....Let me say this!!

I've been teaching people how to use AI.

I've been on Forbes talking about it. I've trained executives on it.

I literally made a career helping people automate everything.

And I still got on a plane. Flew to Costa Rica. To be in a room with people.

You know why?

Because AI can't hug you when you finally let go of the thing you've been carrying.

It can't sit across from you at dinner and say "I see you" with its eyes before it says it with its mouth.

It can't move with you. Dance with you. Laugh at the joke that didn't even need words.

It can't hold the silence when someone in the room is breaking open and rebuilding at the same time.

You see... everybody's out here optimizing. Automating. Scaling.

And I'm not mad at it. That's my work too.

But do you know the thing nobody's talking about and the thing the algorithm can't replicate?

ENERGY.

The energy of a room full of people who actually came to be changed.

Not networked. Changed.

Ideas that don't come from a prompt. They come from someone's face lighting up across the table and you catching it.

That's not just efficiency. That's alchemy.

That's Rooted Genius.

And if you think you can build something lasting without ever being in a room with people who see you?

Babyyyy, we need to talk.

This was Costa Rica 2026.

If you want in on the next one, join the waitlist. (Link in bio)

We're just getting started.
