This was more than an event. This was a moment I’ll carry with me forever. 🥺🤍

I created this day for my clients the women who have trusted me, believed in me, allowed me to push them, and have grown alongside me. Not everyone was able to be in the room, but please know this was dedicated to every single one of you. Every transformation, every breakthrough, every tear, every laugh, every “I can’t” that turned into “I DID”… you are part of the reason VANE exists.

To my friends, my family, my sister, my clients and every person who continues to support me thank you. For every text. Every phone call. Every share. Every word of encouragement. Every time you reminded me to keep going when I questioned myself. You may never fully understand how much those small moments have meant to me.

Standing in that room was emotional because I realized something…

I didn’t build this alone.

There are so many strong people standing beside me, and your love has given me the strength to continue building something that is so much bigger than me.

And to my mom in Heaven… Lucia Salas 🤍
this is for you.

I hope you can see me.
I hope I’m making you proud.

Everything I’ve had to overcome, every time life tried to knock me down, every time I had to find the strength to get back up I carry you with me. Your daughter is still standing. Still dreaming. Still fighting. And I promise you, I’m only getting started.

VANE has never just been about fitness.

It’s about strength. Discipline. Resilience. Community.
It’s about women supporting women.
It’s about becoming the person you once needed.
It’s about proving to yourself that your story does not end where you struggled.

This event was my thank you… but it was also a glimpse of what’s coming.

Upper body day Chest, Back + Shoulders.

After dealing with my shoulder injury, I realized I needed something I’m always telling my own clients ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!

So yes, the personal trainer hired a personal trainer. 😎🤷🏻‍♀️
Now I get to bother my bro @sheek_the_trainer 3x a week! 😂

And honestly, it reminds me that even coaches need coaches. I also LOVE learning, being pushed, and seeing how far I can take my body. With my crazy schedule right now, Lord knows I need that extra push!

Between running my businesses, training my clients, building VANE, creating content, and just LIFE… I needed someone to show up for ME. Someone to push me, hold me accountable, and help me get back into a routine while I rebuild my strength and confidence after my injury.

PLUSSSS your girl’s birthday is coming upppp 😎😎 so you already know how I get… EXTRA LOCKED IN.

Sometimes we know exactly what to do that doesn’t mean we always have to do it alone.

There’s strength in recognizing when you need that extra push, even as a personal trainer.

Can’t wait to show you guys what these next couple of weeks look like. We’re workinggggg. 😤
