My Boxer Skip break down..

At the recent Meetup, my Boxer Skip came up.
I'm a bit of a boxing fan, so when I 1st picked up my rope, this was the first thing I learnt.. I kind of bypassed basic bounce 🤪

I was told my explanation helped, so I thought I'd break it down..

For me, it's about feel and rhythm.. but it's basically a 4 count..

Hope this helps ✌🏾

So this is the best way I can describe the Backward Side Swing I do.. to be honest, I'm not sure if it's a single or double, it just fits my rhythm..

I was asked about it, so thought I'd put this out there..
Hopefully it can help someone 🤗

It's basically a sideswing cross, without the jump..
Practice while standing still..
Once you have your rhythm, the footwork just slots in..
