✨ A little appreciation post for my private client this morning! ✨

Coming to Pilates for the very first time can feel a little daunting, especially when stepping onto the reformer. But they did so well! 🤍

With a focus over the coming weeks on building strength around the knees and working on the hip flexors, we’re laying the foundations for stronger, more controlled movement.

Pilates involves so much more than simply performing the exercises. It’s about learning to stabilise the hips, connect with your breath, engage your deep abdominals and coordinate everything together — sometimes all at once!

For someone new to reformer Pilates, this can feel like a lot to think about initially. But with patience, practice and consistency, those movements and connections gradually begin to feel more natural. ✨

It’s all about progress, not perfection. One session at a time! 💫

Sometimes all you need is the right community to spark new ideas. 🥰 Came back from the Porto meetup with my mind blown and completely recharged.

Unlocked a new combo with two ropes just to test what’s possible. Slow motion on so you don’t miss the magic. 🪄

What I learned today episode 3.

I’ve got a never-ending list of skipping moves, combos and dances I want to learn… but somehow there’s never enough time!

So this week, I’m changing that.

Another skipping combo this time from the fantastic @_onebadleg_ 🤩

This legend has been fundamental in my mic release development, helping me understand the double mic at one jump meet and also helping unlock the through the leg release. One of the smoothest jumpropers in the game so was excited to learn this

@_onebadleg_ has titled this leg over arm wrap to release.. thingy and it is exactly that. Getting the moves and as smooth as Darren was the real challenge. I wasn't even sure I had unlocked it untill I rolled back the tapes and saw i had got it multiple times ! 🙌🏿

Thank you @_onebadleg_ for creating the combo and sharing with the jump rope community !!

If you have got to the end, quick question. What move have you been meaning to learn but haven't got around to ... Yet..

Just want to be like my friends @jumpeandoando & @_onebadleg_
You were my inspo for this 15 minutes on the mat but I can't make the footwork flow so effortlessly between forwards & backwards 🤔
Something to work on!

‼️Enjoying my experience at the London jumprope meet-up 2026 by doing a short combo with jumprope friends. The idea behind these compilations came about because I couldn't perform complex routines with anybody at the meet-ups, which made me feel a little left out, so I decided to get involved by asking anyone who was willing to do one of my combos with me, which has made my experience feel less awkward and more involved! Watch this space for more‼️
