It’s the end of a Pramëisa summer!

This summer turned out in a way that we could never have imagined…we were part of the Biennale Gherdëina, the art fair Unika, we hosted our very first wedding and served multiple dinners in special locations
Challenges and creativity is what we love most. And that’s what this summer was all about..for example running a bar without running water or serving a four-course menu without a proper kitchen, but somehow we made it work
after an intense and unforgettable summer we are grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s coming next ⭐️ by @_prameisa_

We are very happy and proud to have closed the summer with our UNIKA dinners this past thursday and saturday.

The menu was all about connecting our roots with new influences. Simple ingredients that have always been part of Val Gardena, reinterpreted in a new way. Speck croquettes, braised lettuce, chanterelle ravioli, and pork pithivier were some of the dishes.
This project was a big challenge for us, but we are very happy with the way it turned out.

Pramëisa for Biennale Gherdëina

Very honoured to have had the opportunity to host a culinary performance in the beautiful, abandoned hotel bar of the Hotel Ladinia, in the hearth of Ortisei.
A perfect Pramëisa evening.

Thank you for inviting us @biennalegherdeina with Samuel Leuenberger @samuel_leuenberger through Lydia Ourahmane‘s @emogirl4 installation by @_prameisa_
