At the table, in Hotel Ladinia, art became an encounter – a little throwback to a special evening!

A little over three weeks ago, Lydia Ourahmane’s Hotel Ladinia (2026) was activated through a culinary performance by Pramëisa, Carolina Moroder’s itinerant culinary project inspired by the Ladin expression for “at the table.”

For one evening, the former hotel bar became a place of gathering once again. Food, drinks, conversation, and art came together around a shared table, bringing the space back to its original function as a place for encounters and exchange.

Natürlich darf auch die beliebte „Long Night“ nicht fehlen. In diesem Jahr findet sie gleich an zwei besonderen Abenden unter dem Motto „Pramëisa“, also „bei Tisch“, statt. Die junge Kochkünstlerin Carolina Moroder verbindet bei diesen Events Kunst und Küche zu einem besonderen Erlebnis für alle Sinne. Beim Dinner in der Kunstmesse serviert sie jeweils 40 Gästen ein exklusives 4-Gänge-Menü mit Weinbegleitung von der Kellerei Kettmeir – kreativ und außergewöhnlich.
Gleichzeitig werden die Künstlerinnen und Künstler persönlich ihre Werke vorstellen und spannende Einblicke in ihr Schaffen geben.

Naturalmente non può mancare l’apprezzata „Long Night“, che quest’anno raddoppia con due serate speciali all’insegna di „pramëisa“, ovvero „a tavola“.
La giovane chef Carolina Moroder unisce arte e cucina in un’esperienza speciale per tutti i sensi. Durante il dinner, all’interno della fiera d’arte, proporrà a 40 ospiti per serata un esclusivo menù di quattro portate, accompagnato da una selezione di vini della Cantina Kettmeir – creativo, raffinato e fuori dall’ordinario.
Allo stesso tempo, le artiste e gli artisti presenteranno personalmente le proprie opere, offrendo agli ospiti interessanti e affascinanti insight sul loro percorso creativo e sul loro lavoro.

I have to say, I’m very much in love with how these three evenings turned out. 💫
My grandpa’s old woodcarving atelier ended up to be the perfect host for these cosy little dinners. Everything seemed to align as if it had been carefully planned, even though there was still plenty of space for spontaneity.

For the second edition of the « bistrot éphémère », Mikel came all the way from the southwest of France to bring his Basque cuisine to the Dolomites. It was so nice to cook together again after four years.

Very excited to announce next week’s pop-up! with Mikel from the French Basque Country

Mikel wasn’t just the first person I ever worked with in a kitchen, he’s also the one who made me fall in love with this profession.
His cooking is generous, full of passion and love.
I very much admire his cooking, and I’m so happy to have him with us in the dolomites.

Like in the summer, dinner will be served in my grandfather’s beautiful atelier surrounded by a lot of art.
