Why’s Jesus all God has to say to us and what is the true Gospel?

✨ VIPs:
Did you just RECEIVE Jesus into your heart or have you had Him for a while or long?
➡️ SCRIPTURES & 2 SESSIONS THAT WOULD HELP:
1. The Gospel of John and the book of Ephesians (both are in the New Testament, I recommend the NLT Version of the Bible).

Visit my ministry’s channel and watch the 2 videos mentioned below. Even though it’s a women’s ministry, these messages apply to both genders.

2. Why and How You Should Study the Bible

Hey y’all, allow me to re-introduce myself🌱
My name is Goodness Purelight Jerusalem, (fondly called Purelight) second & third name were given to me by Jesus in 2019 & 2022 respectively!
I’m a Nigerian, born in Nigeria & I reside in Lagos🇳🇬

6 things about me ⬇️

1. I’m the first child of my parents and the first grand-daughter of my maternal grandparents whom I adore so much!

2. Creativity & food have my heart! I love creating- in writing, design, leadership, planning, etc. Though I dislike cooking, I am intrigued by food in its variety across continents, my YouTube & Pinterest feed are littered with Culinary Arts.

3. I’m introverted - INFJ to be precise and finding that out this year was quite a surprise to me cos I always thought I was extroverted, even though almost everyone who encountered me and stayed with me said the opposite + my lifestyle proved it too😂 But this year gave me a lot of self-discovery and finding out my personality has been an awesome gift!

4. I am a blogger and I love to worship Jesus, the link to my beautiful Substack blog is in my bio. I also love community and my faith in Christ is my most precious gift.

5. I’m a Pastor and Prophetess; my assignment is to reveal the heart of Jesus to you and raise a generation that pursues His heart & burdens, therefore living out the abundant life God originally designed for them by the power of the Holy Spirit.

6. I have been building a women’s ministry/ community since April, 2022 @girlsinthewoods_ and you can visit the page to know what it’s about.

7. 31, July 2026 EDIT: I just launched a whole Leadership Academy! Check us out @thealteraacademy ✈️

My sister said the Stanley Cup will be retired after 3 months, meaning I wouldn’t care about it anymore 😒
Can y’all tell @sharonngwams that she’s a hater & Influenzers don’t roll with haters?😏 by @thealteraacademy

WE GRADUATED. 🎓
4 weeks. 4 pillars. 1 beautiful journey.

Flickers to Flames Autumn Term began with 75 women from different parts of the world, each coming with her own story, her own questions, and her own desire to grow. This past Tuesday, over 30 women graduated—and looking back at these moments, we can only say: what a journey it has been.

4 Monday night classes covering our walk with Jesus, our health, our purpose and our productivity! Then every Thursday, we made room for the prophetic—where God spoke, healed, revealed, strengthened us.

The chats tell in the following sides tell part of the story—the thanksgiving, the testimonies and the excitement after a session.

And a very special thank you to Pastor @_purelight. 💞
Thank you for showing up every single time and pouring out so generously. Thank you for teaching and making the Word of God simple and practical. Thank you for answering questions, praying with us, ministering prophetically, and creating room for women to encounter God.

Thank you for your laughter too—the kind that made the room feel lighter. 😂

📍This is our final Flickers to Flames cohort for 2026, and what a beautiful way to close the year.
Autumn Term, you were BEAUTIFUL. 🥹💯

One of the lessons I’ve learned from building and leading teams is that a leader cannot be the system.

If every process lives in your head, most questions + approval comes back to you, and your team needs you to explain the same things repeatedly, you may not have a people problem. You may have a structure problem.

Building systems gives your team something to work with beyond your constant presence — clear processes, expectations, accountability, and ways to measure performance. 🌱

That’s my thinking behind ‘The SOP & KPI Guide.’ It’s a practical framework for turning what you’ve been carrying as a leader into systems your team can actually use.

📌 If you’re ready to build beyond what exists in your head, get your copy through the link in our bio.

What if your productivity isn’t only about discipline? What if it’s also about how well you steward yourself?🤔

Your mind, emotions, body and spirit all affect how you work, relate, create and show up in the world. When you understand how these parts of you work together and learn to care for them intentionally, you create a stronger foundation for growth and sustainable productivity.💫

🎥 In this video, Purelight shares a personal discovery she made while revisiting her E-guide, ‘Work With Yourself’, and why learning to steward your inner ecosystem has changed how she shows up in different areas of her life.

📖 Get the FREE E-guide, ‘Work With Yourself’, and learn how to partner with your inner ecosystem to build the life you want.🌴

Hi Sis, 💜

God is the one in charge of your life. Whenever you feel unsure about anything, just trust in His plan for your life. Even when you don’t understand what He is doing or where He is leading you, remember that He sees the bigger picture.

And because He knows the way, obedience becomes an important part of following Him. Things might feel unclear to you, but He knows it all. So just trust Him enough to obey, even when you don’t have all the answers.

You may not understand every step right now, but you can trust the One who is leading you. 💜

Do you have a team, but somehow everything still comes back to you? 💭

Maybe you find yourself constantly repeating the same instructions, chasing people for updates, or wondering, “How do I know my team members actually understand what is expected of them?”
You want your team to take more ownership, but without clear roles, processes, accountability, and ways to measure performance, having people become counterproductive.

Your organization may have simply outgrown the way you used to operate. And when the structure isn’t there, you become the structure. 👥

The SOP & KPI Guide by Goodie Purelight was created to help you change that — with practical frameworks for building SOPs, KPIs, accountability, reporting, rewards and consequences, conflict and underperformance processes, transitions, and more.👌🏻

Hi Sister 💕
Sometimes, we think we know when we are ready. We look at our years in the faith, our experiences, our preparation, and everything we’ve done.

It doesn’t matter how long you have walked with God. If He says, “My daughter, you’re not ready for this yet,” then trust Him. And if you feel completely unprepared for a season, but God says, “You are ready,” then trust Him too. 💞
