POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes, your reality can look nothing like what you know about yourself.

I knew from childhood that I was called to lead. Yet, for years, I experienced rejection after rejection. Primary school. Secondary school. University. Even in spaces where I had given myself fully to service, I still wasn’t trusted with leadership.

And for a while, I had to wrestle with the tension between what I knew in my spirit and what my life seemed to be saying.
But I learned that your circumstances do not get to rewrite your conviction.

Just because the door hasn’t opened doesn’t mean the calling isn’t true. Sometimes, you have already become, but the opportunity simply hasn’t arrived yet.

In 2021, my doors opened.
And since then, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams, people and organizations, from founding and executive leadership to operations and HR.

Hold the conviction. Do the work. Let the doors open in their time.
