One of the lessons I’ve learned from building and leading teams is that a leader cannot be the system.

If every process lives in your head, most questions + approval comes back to you, and your team needs you to explain the same things repeatedly, you may not have a people problem. You may have a structure problem.

Building systems gives your team something to work with beyond your constant presence — clear processes, expectations, accountability, and ways to measure performance. 🌱

That’s my thinking behind ‘The SOP & KPI Guide.’ It’s a practical framework for turning what you’ve been carrying as a leader into systems your team can actually use.
