South Bay 24hr— 80.03 miles, 63 loops, 10k calories burned, 5,643 elevation gain.

10th ultra in the books. It got gritty out there per usual, embracing the pain & taking control of your mind, anything is possible. Race started at 7pm Friday & ended 7pm Saturday. Hydration & fueling was on point & took care of my body early on led me to a successful race. Thanks to everyone for the support. Till the next 🤘🏾 “The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak”
