Massive shoutout to my partner @_raysor for hitting another goal he’s been chasing and buying his first supercar. 🏎️

I know most of you who aren’t into cars are going to see this and think it’s just a flex, or even worse, assume it’s a rental... But anyone who’s actually been around me for more than a moment knows better.

Cars have been a pivotal part of my own story. Honestly, if it weren’t for my passion for supercars, I wouldn’t have chased business and entrepreneurship the way I have.

This isn’t about materialistic stuff... It’s about something much bigger: Freedom. The ability to decide what you want your own life to look like, and not letting the world around you dictate that just because what you’re after isn’t “normal.”

What Ian has contributed to our organization has been unmatched. It’s no surprise to me he’s hitting milestone after milestone, because of the level he shows up at for everyone around him.

I recently took a trip up to South Carolina, long overdue... But I knew the moment I pulled up and saw what was in the garage, it was exactly the right time for me to be there.

One military contract can put you on a whole different level. After your first contract you are in a position to be ahead of all of your old high school friends. If your goal is to build a rental portfolio with your VA loan then watch this video. This is how you rent out your properties once you PCS or separate. You can either get a property manager or you can self manage the property. Just depends if you want to be involved or if you want a hands off experience.
