POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

While most everyone’s out talking about how slow or hard the real estate market is right now…

Our crew is steadily stacking up opportunities.

Surround yourself with the right people…

Take the appropriate level of action…

And sure enough, good things will start to happen.

So proud of the 5 of you! 🙌

And of everyone else putting their best foot forward and making it happen.

We will continue to beat the odds! 🐂

Most agents don’t need more leads…

They need more of themselves.

Someone to catch the follow up you forgot at 9pm…

Someone with today’s market numbers ready before the seller even asks….

Someone who shows up at 6am every single day… Who never gets sick. And never asks for a day off.

Now picture that someone working for you around the clock...

And all you do is review, approve and hit send on what they’ve already handled.

That’s what I’m building live with members of The Herd tonight on our weekly mastermind. Built from scratch, and ready to work for them by tomorrow morning.

And it’s just one example of what we do for each other every single week... 🐂

Here’s to my fellow empire builders…

The best part? We get to build our empires together.

Massive shoutout to my partner @_raysor for hitting another goal he’s been chasing and buying his first supercar. 🏎️

I know most of you who aren’t into cars are going to see this and think it’s just a flex, or even worse, assume it’s a rental... But anyone who’s actually been around me for more than a moment knows better.

Cars have been a pivotal part of my own story. Honestly, if it weren’t for my passion for supercars, I wouldn’t have chased business and entrepreneurship the way I have.

This isn’t about materialistic stuff... It’s about something much bigger: Freedom. The ability to decide what you want your own life to look like, and not letting the world around you dictate that just because what you’re after isn’t “normal.”

What Ian has contributed to our organization has been unmatched. It’s no surprise to me he’s hitting milestone after milestone, because of the level he shows up at for everyone around him.

I recently took a trip up to South Carolina, long overdue... But I knew the moment I pulled up and saw what was in the garage, it was exactly the right time for me to be there.

Congratulations, brother! Enjoy the car... Well earned!

Out of 300+ agents I get to lead… these are the 10 who led the way this quarter. 🐂

Swipe through and look at every name on our leaderboard.

Way to do the work! 🏆

The way you show up for your clients... The way you seize opportunities most agents talk themselves out of…

The way you’re making a real difference in your clients lives, your communities, and your own families.

This is a young, hungry, bright group of agents, all across the map, all becoming leaders in their local markets.

I couldn’t be more honored to be partnered with each of you.

Excited to see where we take this in the years ahead! Let’s keep making a lasting impact. 💛

I wanted to put this together because I don’t think people realize how many different agents we have, in how many different markets, putting up big numbers right now!

This is what it looks like when good people take the right steps and just keep showing up, month after month, whether anyone’s watching the board or not...

Grateful to be building alongside each of you! 🐂

These past 5 months… 5 different stories, but one name keeps showing up at the top.

@chicago_riley has led our organization in production 3 of the last 5 months.

April at $2.99M across 11 units, June at $2.34M and August at $4.29M, which also made him #1 in the entire state of Illinois for both volume and units that month.

But this isn’t just Riley’s story. @_raysor out of South Carolina took May outright with $2.77M across 9 units.

And @agentloomis, all the way out in Orange County, California, closed a single $1.75M deal in July that was enough to claim the top spot for the month.

That’s the beauty of this business. It’s not always about the number deals you close. Sometimes it’s about being ready in a moment when the right opportunity shows up.

Proud of every single one of you guys. Way to set the standard! 🐂

Surround yourself with people who make you realize you’ve been dreaming too small. 💯

Big shoutout to @_raysor for always pushing the standard higher and reminding me that there’s always another level to reach.

One more… I also want to recognize the top leaders in my organization for Q1.

These are agents who aren’t just chasing their next deal.

They could be anywhere, but they chose to be here building people and inviting others into something bigger for themselves and their families.

For a long time in this industry, agents were tenants in the brokerage while owners built the dream.

Here, we have the opportunity to build our own, earn ownership, create leveraged income, and help others do the same.

That used to be reserved for broker owners and franchise owners. Not anymore.

Today, many of the top leaders in our organization are running groups that outproduce entire local offices. All the upside, without the traditional risk & liability.

We’re not just agents... We’re business owners leading organizations of entrepreneurial agents on the most leverageable platform in our industry.

I’m proud of each of you for leaning into all 3 of the lanes available to us to build a great income & wealth for your families: Commissions, ownership, and an organization.

Let’s keep building this up and finish what we started...

To impacting the lives of hundreds… and soon, thousands of families together! 🐂

I want to recognize the agents in my organization who are stepping into a different role.

Not just selling houses… but building something bigger than themselves.

The ones who have made the decision to bring other people along with them and take ownership beyond just their own production.

@_raysor is leading the way out of 300+ agents in our organization, along with others who are starting to build real momentum.

Something I learned early on that’s proven true over and over:

If you can get to one, you can get to 5.

If you can get to 5, you can get to 25.

And with the right 25, and you’re not just selling houses anymore… you’re building something that can truly outlast you.

But none of that happens in one big moment.

It happens one conversation, one follow up, and one relationship built at a time.

When you stack enough of those up for long enough, it stops feeling like something you’re working at… and starts becoming something you just do.

Most people don’t stay in it long enough to experience that shift.

For those of you who have, you already know what I’m talking about.

And for those of you who haven’t yet… there’s nothing separating you from it except the reps.

Proud to be building this alongside each of you. 🐂
