I couldn’t think of a better time than today—my 33rd birthday—to officially launch our non-profit and website! What better way to celebrate than by sharing this next chapter with all of you.

The first day of Hurricane Helene, I started an Amazon wishlist with the intention of selling a few donations for those affected by the disaster. I never expected for it to make the impact that it did. Over the last 6 weeks, we have raised around 2 million dollars and fulfilled about 80,500 amazon orders.

As we’re just getting started, my birthday wish is for your support in any way—whether it’s a like, a share, or a follow. This Christmas, we’re filled with gratitude for the incredible people who’ve come together to help us show up for Western North Carolina. From the Senior Care Kit Drive with @handsoncarolina to the Miracle Mountain Toy Drive, this community has consistently shown up, reminding us of the incredible strength and unity we share.

A huge thank you to @thegoodlifefilmco, @studiowilde, and daveafrika for making this video possible—you’ve gone above and beyond, and we’re forever grateful.

To @megacorplogistics, @wilmingtonrealtor, Industrial Realty Group (IRG), and all of our generous donors—your unwavering support since day one has made all the difference. None of this would have been possible without you, and for that, we can’t thank you enough.

This week, we saw the devastation left by Hurricane Helene, but the real story is one of hope. In the midst of chaos, the resilience, compassion, and strength of the Western North Carolina community. These people are truly Carolina Strong 🌄🖤

Every corner you turned, there was someone from the community building a bridge/repairing a road, distributing supplies, or checking on a neighbor. Under every tent, there was someone offering a hot meal with a prayer or a warm cup of coffee to those in need. People were opening their homes to strangers, offering shelter and comfort in the face of disaster. On every street, a friendly face waved, or a child offered a much-needed hug.

I’m deeply grateful to @lindsey_k_duch with Hands On Carolina another sister nonprofit for allowing us to tag along, especially when meeting the seniors she serves. Hearing about the flood was one thing, but seeing the devastation with my own eyes—well, that was a whole new level of perspective.

As you know, we’ve been working hard on something very special, and we can’t wait to share more with you. My prayer is that we can continue to show up for our neighbors and serve with purpose 🤎 #hurricanehelene

A bedroom is so much more than four walls. It’s a safe place to sleep and a little piece of normalcy when life has been anything but normal.

Through our partnership with the @ashevilledreamcenter, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to help families who have been without stable housing since Hurricane Helene, including children who have been waiting for a place to truly call their own.

Because of YOU, our supporters, donors, and community, we were able to provide more than FIVE bedrooms for children in need 🛏️🤎

After everything these families have walked through, getting to help create a safe, comfortable room for a child is something we won’t ever take for granted. Thank you for helping us turn empty rooms into places where children can rest, feel safe, and begin again!

I’ve been spending a lot of time praying, reflecting, and dreaming about what’s next for Revell With A Cause.

Our heart has been serving communities through disaster relief, showing up when people need hope, help, and support the most. That mission will always be part of who we are.

But I’ve also been asking myself an important question: What do communities need between disasters?

I keep thinking about the people who spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone else…moms, caregivers, first responders, volunteers, and families. I wonder what it would look like to create more opportunities for rest, connection, healing, and community throughout the year.

I truly believe the best is yet to come and can’t wait to share with you the plans we have for Revell!

When I found out I’d been nominated for the Heroes Award from @ladreamcenter, I also learned I’d be accepting it on stage and sharing a few words. In that moment, I knew I had to say yes, even though public speaking has always been one of my biggest fears.

The anxious thoughts came quickly, but so did the conviction that growth only happens when we step into discomfort. Speaking from the heart (even if your voice shakes) is where courage begins. As my dad always reminds me: “They can’t eat you, Pete”.

So here’s my challenge to you this week: do something that stretches you. Maybe it’s stepping outside your comfort zone to help someone in need, or simply showing a little extra kindness throughout your day.

It’s hard to believe it’s been two months since the flooding that devastated Texas. From the very beginning of Revell With A Cause, I’ve seen God’s blessings in so many ways. Partnering with @livelovepop, @himiraclemama, @brightonbutler, and @arkofhighlandlakes to serve a community in need is just one beautiful example 🤎

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, both online and in person, to support those affected by the Texas floods. Because of your generosity, we were able to raise over $75,000 and fill not one, but TWO semi trucks with essential supplies for Kerr & Burnet County!

And a special shout out to the incredible @amazon delivery men and women, we can’t thank you enough for your hard work and dedication in making sure everything arrived quickly and organized. Bring a Toy, Share Some Joy!

Join @_revellwithacause at Salem Baptist Preschool’s Holiday Market and help brighten the season for children in Western North Carolina whose families are still displaced by Hurricane Helene. Toy donations will be collected from November 14th through December 15th at Salem Baptist Preschool. More details can be found on the flyer!
