Big energy 🇿🇦🔥

We should run this again @redbullza @fireicehotel_capetown

Can you guess the next race/event?! Hint: you can do it alone, you can do it with a partner or you can do a relay

A few years ago, my entire life changed. I became a single mother, starting over in a new city with my daughter and no family around. Everything familiar was gone, and I had no choice but to be strong for her and for myself. Running found me during that season. It became my outlet when my mind was heavy, my therapy when words weren’t enough, and my proof that I could keep moving forward even when life felt impossible. Through the running and fitness community, I found more than physical strength I found belonging, support, and people who inspired me to keep showing up. My daughter is my why. Every mile I run is a lesson I hope she carries with her: that setbacks don’t define you, that starting over is not failure, and that resilience is built one step at a time. I want her to see a mother who chooses courage, consistency, and self-belief. Mental health is a daily commitment for me, and running is how I protect it. I run to inspire others to believe in themselves, to try again, and to trust the process. @asicsfrontrunner represents movement with purpose that’s what running has been for me. #asicsfrontrunner2026 #soundmindsoundbody by @_rhode_s

💔😭 Words cannot describe this pain. Where can we feel safe? Why aren’t we safe? We count bodies hour after hour while nothing is done. Who remains silent? Why hasn’t this been declared a national disaster? Why must things get worse before anyone acts? Why is being a woman in South Africa a danger? 💔 🇿🇦 Our mere existence has become a danger 😣💔#viralvideo #singlemom #help #rhode by @_rhode_s

❤️‍🩹 Behind the Rhodé that everyone gets to experience was a man who loved me deeply, shaped me, and helped make me the woman I am today.

My first love has entered the pearly gates. 🥹The best dad I could have ever asked for, and the most incredible Oupa. I will spend the rest of my life making you proud Paps.👑

Thank you for understanding my heart. Thank you for loving me, for loving us, and for loving us the way only you could. Thank you for every lesson, every sacrifice, every laugh, and every moment that made me who I am.

You may no longer be here beside me, but you will forever be a part of me. Your love will live on through me, and I will carry you with me always. ❤️‍🩹

Until we meet again, Paps. 👑🕊️
Rest easy. You were loved beyond words, and you always will be. ❤️‍🩹🕊️
