Chat did we cook? Am I cooked? Is anyone cooking? Shout out to the man behind the meal plan @ryan.reeling for helping me get lean, words I never thought I’d say but here we are absolutely mind boggled. And I can’t do this without @_laurenpowers_ god bless her soul. So many nights she’s had to suffer watching me eat the same shit over and over and over and I know it was killing her on the inside but she never stopped supporting me and was strong for me when I felt like I was in moments of weakness. But now we feed and grow once more, this time properly and with intent. Bigger, stronger, freakier. by @_robjadick_pl
