✨ A quick run-through of the sequence I taught on Friday!

Practising always feels easier than teaching, and yes - I made a few mistakes when teaching, but that’s all part of the journey. Practice really does make perfect! I’m sure it didn’t go that smoothly as this video 😆

Looking back at this, I can see things I want to refine as a practitioner too. Growth never stops 🌱

But I can now say, I’ve officially taught my first class ✅

Huge thank you to everyone who came through 🫶🏽

For my fellow instructors — I’d love to hear about your first class. How did it go? 💭✨ taken in Kindred Yoga by @_rochellede

& just like that, six months have flown by — completing a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course 🥰 & still have that awkward smile in the first photo 🙂😆

There’s still so much to uncover, so much to embody in this sacred practice. It may take time to truly find my voice within this space, but I’m deeply grateful for the journey that’s brought me here. ✨

Thank you to all the teachers @kindredyogalife @katarinarayburnyoga & @helenrussellclark entrusted to guide us through the 200 YTT. @ellajenniferyoga for organising it all & @viviennerochelleyoga from being there from Paros to being my examiner - coming full circle 💞

To the 26 other students on this course - we did it 🥹🥳. It’s been a privilege to have walked, jumped, hopped, this path beside you 😉.

And to my incredible mentors who supported me every step of the way — @onepeopleyoga @tracey.yuen @belair_yoga — I’m endlessly thankful. 🙏🫶
