A couple of weekends ago, we wrapped up our 25hr Assists & Adjusts Teacher Training with the wonderful @helenrussellclark 👐 🌿 ✨

This training is always so well-loved - a true deep dive into safe, intelligent assists, clear cueing & teaching with presence. Exploring using the art of touch to offer assists and adjustments in a way that fosters a safe, inclusive, empowering space for students. ✨

Whilst there are no more assists YTTs this year, Helen is back in 2027 with another training!

Hosted a wholesome card-making social and shared hot chocolate using tablea cacao from the Philippines! My heart is so energised because I love to do this!!!! “Your joy is their joy,” thank you ancestors for giving us the opportunity to come alive together this evening, and may we continue to connect and learn from one another in the new year 🇵🇭🫂🪽

Nearly a month since I qualified as a yoga teacher, and almost seven months since I embarked on one of the most unexpectedly challenging journeys of my life. A journey that connected me with incredible people whose energy and support have been crucial in getting me through a not-so-easy year. 💫

I am endlessly grateful to @kindredyogalife for this beautiful opportunity, and to my wonderful teachers @katarinarayburnyoga and @helenrussellclark along with their amazing assistants @ellajenniferyoga and @viviennerochelleyoga .

A heartfelt thank you to all the teachers who shared their wisdom and guidance, carrying us through this training. To @elodie_movingdynamics , for reminding me how unique our bodies truly are — and the importance of honouring that individuality in both practice and teaching.

And to @kallie_rebel_yogatribe, for offering her powerful and challenging insight into yoga’s often-overlooked colonial history — a reminder of the depth and responsibility that comes with teaching this practice.

I’m also deeply grateful to all the guest teachers and yoga teachers who allowed me to practice on them as I prepared, and to my friends who so kindly volunteered their time and bodies, helping shape me into the teacher I am becoming. Your trust, patience, and feedback have been invaluable. 🧘‍♀️💛

Finally, to all my fellow newly qualified teachers — you know how much you mean to me. Your presence, energy, and friendship have shaped not only my practice but also who I am today. ✨

I can hardly believe it's been almost a month since I completed my 200 hour YTT with @kindredyogalife, taught by @katarinarayburnyoga and @helenrussellclark. The past half year has been an incredible journey of growth and I feel lucky to have shared it with such inspiring individuals.

When I started, I had no idea where this path would lead, but it has genuinely transformed me. I've formed deep connections with my fellow yogis and I look forward to seeing you all on the mat soon! Xx

Can’t believe it’s been almost a month since we graduated as yoga teachers after 6 months of hard work - feeling grateful for the lovely people who have been sharing this experience together and the strength, resilience and support we’ve cultivated together, along with our amazing teachers @katarinarayburnyoga @helenrussellclark and @ellajenniferyoga @viviennerochelleyoga

May not be sure yet where this will lead but looking forward to finding out!

What a journey it has been: from our first intensive weekend as 27 complete strangers, to our final exam last week, and a total of 1599 chaturangas (yes, big nerd over here genuinely did the math), we did it! The @kindredyogalife 200hr YTT class of 2025 are now qualified yoga teachers!

I've learnt so much and discovered things about myself I never expected, I have found connection and inner strength, and so much more than I cannot find the words for right now.

Thank you to @katarinarayburnyoga and @helenrussellclark for their guidance, to @ellajenniferyoga and @viviennerochelleyoga for their assistance, and thank you to this cohort, who have become friends for life! So excited to see what we all do with this training 🙌 #yogalife #joy #trainingcomplete

damn, yoga! 🕊️

six months ago, I stepped into @kindredyogalife 200hr teacher training not fully knowing what I was stepping into. silly me was worried about the two weeks of vegetarian meals not knowing the 5000 chaturangas, sharing circles and sanskrit drills ahead 👀

now, I’m officially a certified yoga teacher, and what a journey it’s been! this year’s honestly been changes + emotions on steroids, and yoga is one of those rare things that’s kept me grounded through it all.

the more I learn, the more I want to share the joy and presence that yoga brings with anyone who needs that reminder to pause and come home to themselves. 🤲🏻

deepest gratitude to my incredible teachers @katarinarayburnyoga @helenrussellclark for holding space for us and showing what inclusive, compassionate teaching truly looks like. to @ellajenniferyoga @viviennerochelleyoga for being there with us in paros from day one.
