Savage but epic course. Incredible people and energy about it.

Nothing but positives to say about yesterday, marathons really bring out the best in humans.

Nowhere quite compares to the highlands, middle of summer and one of the coldest nights I’ve had out there 😂

65L packs and hours on feet to even reach the bothy.

Some buzz, definitely needed that.

No expectations after a pretty sub optimal prep due to all the travel but happy with how that played out, and an incredible course for it too.

1000mg sodium/ hour wasn’t quite enough to keep off the quad cramp fully but outside of that happy with execution.

Cheers to support crew for coming out, @omniaperformance for the support and @cmm.jpg for doing his thing on the camera. Big up everyone else out on the course.

I’ll be back for some more pretty soon I reckon, but now onto UTMB and marathon prep.
