This month is Seasons of Self’s 1st lap around the Sun! 🌞🥳

Such deep gratitude! We can’t believe a whole year has gone by of offerings that has supported the community to connect with nature and each other. What a pleasure to work alongside these wonderful wāhine and to create deeply heartfelt retreats that nourish your nervous system, your hauora and create a safe space to connect with likeminded people. From what started as a seed, now rooted and nourished, we are feeling the fruits of this mahi more than we could have ever imagined and what a year it has been. Celebrating not only us but all of you for being a part of this beautiful experience. Stay tuned for what’s launching next! And a huge thank you for being here to witness and co-create the journey 🌱 by @_samtait_

Friends that truly became family 🤍 It’s never easy saying see you soon to those who have left such a deep imprint on our hearts. I’m just so grateful to know the feeling of missing people this much. God knew our path and placed the most kind-hearted, genuine souls in our lives to walk it with us. @tamsinkaufman it’s been such a blessing to grow in sisterhood and parenthood with you. Josiah will miss his lil bestie, and I’ll miss mine ✨🪶 The North West has gained a beautiful Whānau—go well, friends, we can’t wait for the road trips ahead!! by @_samtait_

Sunwoven women’s summer day retreat 🌞 such a special day of co-creation, beauty, and joy! We journeyed through our orientation on the wheel of the year, celebrating Lammas, the halfway point between summer solstice and Autumn equinox ~ a time to reflect on the harvest, and set intentions for the waning months ahead 🌖 we sat in circle, foraged, created an altar offering, danced, sang by the fire, swam in the river, & and just bathed in the magic and medicine of women gathering together, heart centred and present.

So grateful to have woven the strings of this event with beautiful sisters @earthic.wisdom & @_samtait_ 🌀✨ taken in Aotearoa by @_samtait_

Sun Woven Retreat, the most magical day of Sisterhood and Sunshine. Remembering what feminine wisdom, intuition, plant connection and ritual can do for the soul, body and mind. Learning from one another, creating and experiencing the things that light us up, participating in life and pausing to appreciate the beauty. Honouring all that comes and allowing joy to be present. Remembering those that walked before us and to keep the light they carried alive. Always grateful to step into sacred spaces, and to co-create them with such beautiful friends is truly an honour. Dreaming up more of this! A special life it is indeed.🌞✨🙏🏽🌿🧡🌹 taken in Mangaroa Farms by @_samtait_

A wholehearted thank you to those who attended our last Yin Yang event. Magic is created when we gather for a common purpose and it’s the people that make these events so special for us. If you missed out last time, it’s not too late to receive the medicine! Together we explore Yin and Yang through a journey of the breath, yoga, sound healing and sauna. Our next Yin Yang Event is the 14th of March!!! Email seasonsofself.kapiti@gmail.com or DM us on here to secure your spot

Pt 2🩵 Trusting the path unfolding in front of me and the road that’s lead me here.
In constant awe, so grateful I get to do life, and live mine in this way. In ceremony, in celebration, in marvel, in devotion, creating magic with the people that I love. And get to connect deeper with others on their journey. I feel expanded, present, content and so curious to learn more.

So many great events and retreats and classes happening soon too, keep your eyes peeled for those 👁️ by @_samtait_
