The reason why I work so hard on myself, having these two at the end of my first half marathon makes all the hard work worth it 💙💙 taken in Swansea, United Kingdom by @_samueljay

Eating clean is game changer, when I eat processed foods I can feel it draining my energy after. I eat like this 80% of the time and I my energy levels are high, my brains not as foggy as it used to be and It’s definitely helping with my training. I don’t track my food as I could see myself getting obsessive on what I’m eating, I just eat what feels right and enjoy a treat now and then. by @_samueljay

What a beautiful Good Friday, can’t even explain the feeling getting baptised today in front of my family and a what a day for it as well! Big thanks to @freedomcardiff 💙

The feeling of getting out the water and my oldest son coming running over saying I’m proud of you daddy is something I will hold close🥺 Everything I do is to be the best possible dad for my sons. Through all the trails and tribulations I hope to be the best role model for them💙

All glory to Jesus Christ for your teachings have helped me navigate the toughest season of my life, excited to see what the future brings ✝️
