Meet Covor, our new SHIFT Collaborator in Moldova.

Covor is already doing a lot for the local scene: training younger bartenders, bringing people from other countries to Chișinău and creating more opportunities for exchange in Moldova. We are happy to support that work, connect Covor with more people through the SHIFT network and see what we can build together.

Swipe to meet Covor and discover Moldova’s hospitality scene through its traditions, challenges and ambitions.

The SHIFT app is open to everyone in hospitality. Collaborators are different: they’re a small, selected group of people and venues we work with closely because of what they already do for their local scene. They bring people together, share what they know and help us understand what is really happening in their city.

If this sounds like work you already do for your community and you feel connected to what SHIFT does, you are welcome to submit an application via the link in our bio. We review every application and invite new Collaborators where there is a clear fit. taken in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova by @_shift.project_

В общем, тема такая:

С 17 по 20 сентября совместно с @_shift.project_ делаем что-то типа коктейльной недели 🤪

Мы попросили иностранные бары привезти свои самые интересные напитки — и вот кто будет участвовать:
@himkok.oslo
@carmenrestaurante
@covor.bar.md
@the.bar.in.front.of.the.bar
@ateliervindore

Ходите по барам в течение недели, пробуйте новое и вдохновляйтесь 🫵🥸

So, here’s the deal:

From September 17th to 20th, together with @_shift.project_ , we’re doing something like a cocktail week 🤪

We’ve invited a bunch of international bars to bring some of their most interesting drinks — and here’s who’s joining:
@himkok.oslo
@carmenrestaurante
@covor.bar.md
@the.bar.in.front.of.the.bar
@ateliervindore

Go bar-hopping throughout the week, try something new and get inspired 🫵🥸

Xoxo 💋

Big thanks for the support:

Guess what?
@weird.mixology didn’t get invited to @50bestbars .
(Which, to be fair, would’ve been a little weird if we had 🤠)

So we photographed the whole ceremony through a laptop screen 🤠

Like, share, and DM @50bestbars so they FINALLY invite us next year 👺👺
